The staff is always available, and there are plenty of showrooms to look at products. This way you can see items in a different light or a different color. I’ve purchased from Raymour and Flanigan many times over the years. The combination of a good staff, a friendly showroom, and a good website makes shopping convenient.

Paula was great! Very pleasant and informative. She directed me to the right set and worked with me to get the right furniture for me.

Mustafa was a great help. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely contact him for our needs in the future.

The salesperson was great. Informative but knew when to back off when we had discussions. Great experience.

On Oct 28 a mattress was delivered to my senior citizen mother's home. The delivery men used the mattress to bar the door to her bedroom while the other delivery person inside stole all of her jewelry and watches. We called the store and an abrasive sales lady told us there was 'nothing she can do' and hurried us off the phone. No apology, no looking into it, nothing. Currently in the process of filing a police report.

It felt like I was buying a car. My wife and I felt very pressured to make the purchase. They didn’t even give us all the rates to finance making us loose money. Won’t buy from lake grove Raymour and Flanigan.

We visited R&F On 10/17 to purchase a new sectional using our credit for a damaged sofa. Gerry Newman assisted us with the purchase and quite frankly it was a very pleasant experience. He was patient, explained everything we needed to know about the sectionals we looked at, and made our decision very easy.

]Kevin made the experience helpful and was very knowledgeable. He was patient with all my questions. I had to go home to remeasure my room and returned the next day to purchase my bedroom set. You should have more kind and patient sales associates as him.

Purchased a sectional a few years ago and paid for a Platinum protection plan. Had some issues and was told it wouldn't be a problem. Scheduled a call for the technician to come in and evaluate the issue. One recliner was not working and the other one is working but is torn and sounds like it's falling apart every time it's used. Technician comes in, fixes the one that doesn't work and says that someone will get back to us on the second one in a day or two as it may need to be replaced by the mfg. A week later no one gets in touch with us, so i figure let me call them, it appears he saw nothing wrong with the recliner that was torn and therefore no one got back to us. I was offered the replacement of that recliner once I complained that it is damaged but with a delivery fee and this will void my platinum coverage. Not asking for a new sectional, but at least let the technician be honest and report what they see, or at least call or emial and let us know that he found nothing wrong, which is not true. the recliner needs to be replaced. Also, how come all the bad reviews do not get a response or comment?
