Your showroom is large and has a great selection. Mario welcomed us at the door and was very helpful, and knowledgeable. He was not intrusive but always nearby when we had a question. He was very patient as we had a lot of questions!

Ian was a great help in our furniture purchase. I recommend that anyone going to that store should ask for him. The quality of the furniture is excellent.

We came in close to closing time, and were quickly greeted by Benny. He pointed us in the right direction and let us look around. When we had questions, he answered them right away. Benny provided top notch customer service. He was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, polite, and accommodating. He helped us find the exact dining set we were looking for. The turnaround for delivery was faster than expected, and we walked out very happy customers who will be returning for our future furniture needs. Mr. Benny Jenkins was phenomenal.

My husband and I stopped into your outlet store in Marlton. NJ and were immediately greeted by Benny Jenkins. I’ve worked in retail management all my life and let me say what a great employee you have. Benny gave us time to browse and checked back to see if we had questions. We bought a new home and were just interested in a few pieces to fill in our existing furniture. We spotted a wall clock but were unsure and ended up ordering it online. The order asked me if any associate helped and of course I listed Benny’s name. I do hope he gets commission or at least recognition for the sale. He gave us a very positive experience in the store and really inspired us to want to buy from Raymour & Flanigan! Thanks Benny!

My wife and I shopped at Raymour & Flanigan multiple times. There products are high quality and the sales experience is excellent.

We recently shopped at the Raymour & Flanigan Outlet in Marlton, NJ and the it was the best experience we had. Max was our sales associate and he was exceptional. Max was quick to assist us on showing products that we looking for. While we were testing out various pieces, he was mapping out other products for us to check out while also looking at product availability and pricing. Not only did Max help us find 3 pieces of furniture, but through his diligence/effort we ended up buying another 4 pieces (we walked out with 7 pieces of furniture). Max’s care and efficiency had us in-and-out of the store within 1 hour.

I had an excellent experience at Raymour and Flanagan in NJ. Bill Cummings was helpful,pleasant,and very professional. I will definitely return for further purchases. You can be very proud of the staff there. From purchase to delivery everything was awesome.

Store was not accommodating with honoring a gift card I received that expired less than 30 days ago. Given I was a repeat customer who has spent a large amount of money with Raymour, it was very disappointing and as a result made my purchase with another’s company.

She was very helpful with our purchase of a power lift recliner.
