Very happy
My salesperson, Varsha was very kind, understanding, knowledgeable, accommodating and not pushy. She helped me find the best lift chair for my handicapped husband’s needs. It was delivered early this morning and my husband is very happy and comfortable sitting on it. I will look for Varsha any time I need furniture.

Misinformation
While viewing various items, on your website, I was given the option to view the items “In The Store”. I made the appointment and when I arrived at the store, I was informed that the items I wanted to see is available “Online Only”. A waste of my time.

I liked browsing on my own so I could take my time and make my best decision, then speak to my salesman, Avneesh, with any questions and place the order. The free gift was a nice touch, and a surprise as I had not checked my emails. Avneesh was great as always.
