Very good experience at Raymour and Flanigan. No pressure, well informed and pleasant salesperson, and all questions clearly answered.

The R&M online sales associate Charlene Hartley's service in the selection and order submission for my recliner chair was excellent, and exceeded my expectations. I am hopeful that the delivery, quality, reliability, and performance of the recliner chair will measure up to Charlene's outstanding professional and dedicated service. Charlene Hartley is a valuable asset to R&M and their online shopping service.

Great service by Sarah, very friendly and answered all questions

The salesperson Charlene Hartley was excellent to deal with. I am deducting one star because I was told my chair will be available for delivery by August 18, however on my receipt the promised delivery date was left blank. I did not notice this until I was home. I hope my new chair shows up this month.

Great experience. Knowledgeable staff (not pushy) helped me to find the ideal furniture for my home. Financing and paperwork was a breeze.

Furniture will be delivered in a couple of weeks, not months!

Ordered online. Could pick date of delivery but not a window (like I can in the store). They called the day before and told me my window, instead of asking me my preference.

Truck showed up on time (but towards end of window). Both were nice and helpful (moving old furniture) and that was a positive experience.

We went back to buy our couch & loveseat after having a great experience with Raymour & Flanigan in late 2019, when we purchased our desk. We had dealt with Allen Greenberg then, so, we also worked with him on this recent purchased.

I placed an order on 02/19/21 order number 02191E8JSQN dnt knw whts going on with my order haven’t received a phone call to pick up the cheat yet.
I was charged a month ago but haven’t received the chest yet. Y would the company charge with having the stuff in stock.

Quick and timely delivery. Comfortable couch.

After explaining to the salesman what I needed and how much I was willing to spend, he was able to show me several options that fit my budget. He was also able to arrange for a quick delivery of the items that were in stock. I was very happy with the services provided and the knowledge he possessed.

My biggest complaint was that on the day of delivery I was given a time window of between 10:15 AM to 1:15 PM. At 1:45 PM I called the store to find out where my delivery was. I was told that the delivery should be there within 45 minutes to an hour. Unfortunately, my delivery showed up over two hours later, causing me to have wasted most of the day waiting at home.

My experience with Raymour is always best. Wide selection and not much differences in prices between customers. Everyone pays the same price. The staff is good and very helpful. Definitely recommend to buy from Raymour.

We had a wonderful experience with our sales representative. He was very through and answered all of our questions. I also appreciated his quick response as we entered the door.

After being in the Manalapan store for 1 hour and no sales associate approached us, in fact avoided us, and we were about to leave. Then Lauren Codner started her shift and she immediately offered her assistance. Her excellent knowledge of products helped us to choose the right mattress for my daughter, which was an upgraded purchase over what we originally looked at. She then assisted in choosing a loveseat. Lauren is a great asset to your Company. I look forward to working with her again.

Excellent customer service. Manager little bit unfriendly but the staff took care of my needs very well.
