Kevin was pleasant and patient. Took time to show me everything I wanted to see and answered my questions. Did not pressure or rush me.
I did not understand the double charge on the delivery. Both items purchased at the same time and going to the same address

We found what we were looking for and our salesperson, Kevin, was so nice. He didn’t crowd us, but gave us just the right amount of space. It took us less than an hour and we felt good leaving it store.

The sales rep was extremely helpful and friendly. He made our experience easy and quick in selecting a mattress.

The sales person let us look around without being right on top of us. When we were ready we went to her and she helped us. She tried to see if we could get the discount we missed by a day or two since we were previous customers. Found out we couldn't but found out that if product goes down in price in 90 days we will get that price. We were able to set up a date to deliver on my time.

This was our first in store visit at Raymour and Flanigan.It was a great experience working with Renault Antoine,He is excellent with his knowledge on mattresses and gave us best advice on our requirements regarding mattresses. It was wonderful experience sleeping on mattresses and trying what best suits our needs. Renault was very good and patient with listening to our requirements. we will be happy and glad working with him in future. Thanks for the great shopping experience!

When me and my husband went to the store, looking for a brand new mattress, the gentleman was very helpful being we returned a mattress twice and the third time is a charm. That’s because of our preference on the firmness, all who work there were very helpful and exceeded our expectations. I will refer anyone to shop at Raymour and Flanigan. Great prices and great quality.
