Salesman (Greg V.) very helpful and personable!

I had no problem with staff, they were pleasant and helpful.
My problem is with the so call Platinum Protection plan.
Lots of questions there, would never buy it again and would not recommend to anyone.

The store at Oxford Valley served as a 1 stop destination offering answers to almost all our puzzles on furniture to our new home.
The store had an array of top class quality furniture for all our needs.

The Associate, Gregg, was very pleasant and seasoned in his knowledge on the products specifications and details offering very pointed advice that informed our satisfying experience in our shopping.

The sales person and delivery people were both very kind and helpful. The items came in a timely manner and it was communicated several times when the delivery would arrive. I keep using Raymore because of the service and quality of the products.

We have had wonderful experiences with this particular store and Carl, who sells us all of our furniture. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and experienced. Frankly, we find it hard to buy anywhere else. Seeing Carl at Raymour is like coming home. That guy is a credit to the company.

Delivery guys were so professional. They really helped me BIG TIME. cannot say enough great things about them. And a BIG THANK YOU.

Recently had a great experience with your salesman Pete Hessenius at your Paramus, NJ location. Pete guided us through the selection of a king mattress and adjustable bed frame. He was very knowledgeable, guided us through the maze of offerings and gave us time to digest it all before we made a decision. Then we were thrilled to learn it is being delivered the week we bought it. Very happy with the product and the overall experience!

I am a big fan of Raymour & Flanigan. The quality and selection is superior. Although I love the stores, this was my first experience purchasing online. The information and pictures were sufficient for me to make my purchase. Although I have yet to get my furniture, I am confident that it will go well.

It is always a pleasure dealing with Sandy and the customer service desk.

My sales person was very nice and knowledgeable on the sofa that I brought. I just wished that it didn't take so long for delivery and sense when you're a repeat customer there should be some kind of incentive for them.
