We always have the best experience when shopping for furniture at Raymour and Flanigan. No salesperson pressure, they greet you and offer to help you if you need it. The staff are very knowledgeable with inventory and they offer you fantastic financing if you need it. We will continue too refer our friends and family to this great furniture store.

Perfect cocktail table and is exactly as described and pictured online. Delivery was longer than expected since the table was backordered...but we'll worth the wait. Once a delivery date and time was set up, it arrived exactly when expected and the delivery team was excellent

Im a repeat customer however this time was a little disappointing. My delivery was scheduled for Sunday February 28th. I received confirmation email for delivery and time the night before and the delivery window was 830-1130. At approximately 10:37am I received a call from the store indicating that my delivery would have to be rescheduled because the items hadn’t transferred in time from the warehouse. I was livid because I felt like they should have known this prior to the delivery day. I called the store and was told they couldn’t help me and that I had to wait 4 more days for delivery and they’d have the sale associate call me to try to expedite the delivery date. Never received that call, but more importantly, the joy for my sons big boy room was snatched away in that moment. Anyway it came and was a great bed...they need to just make sure the items are received before sending confirmation emails. let’s hope it doesn’t happen again with my living room sectional .

Susan is the best. We will be purchasing a mattress from her. We looked at a bedroom set and considered purchasing it. We found it to be too dark and found a set at Oskar Huber that we loved and purchased that instead. Your bedroom sets are really not very pleasing to the eye and it has been that way for the last few years. I recommend finding a different corporate buyer because whoever purchases them for R & F has really bad taste. Sorry just being honest. However Susan is top notch.

I was not happy about the treatment at the store in Langhorne, but then went to the outlet and the person who waited on me was extremely helpful and nice and was able to order the set I liked. Her name is Taylor Fedena.

The service was great and my mom and I was very pleased with the item we select.

Walked in and was greeted by Kyle! He was very helpful and was very peasant! He made my experience so seamless! I had a little hiccup with my financing but with his help it was solved right away!

We purchased a Canadel Dining room set and love it. Custom made, all wood and Hand crafted in Canada. Amazing quality. Best furniture purchase we ever made. Our salesman Howard Samuels was extremely helpful in navigating us through the special build to order process.

Our visit was very relaxed. We were directed by Karl Wells to the exact type of furniture that we were interested in seeing and left to try it out and discuss it on our own, which allowed us a chance to think for ourselves without any sales pressure. After a period of time he joined us to answer our questions and helped us arrange our purchase. He also provided us with a list of organizations with contact information where we might donate the furniture we are replacing. He was very helpful and there was no pressure on us to complete the purchase. We were very satisfied with our experience there

Will not go to any other Raymour. The Oxford Valley store by far has the best customer service.

We had a good experience. The sales lady understood what we wanted and took time to show us our options. We have never been disappointed in shopping at Ramour & Flanagan.

The first time shopping there we bought a reclining chair and we absolutely loved it and noticed how nice the furniture was plus our salesman Howard Samuels was wonderful. This purchase was for a sectional and dining table and we knew that we didn’t want to go anywhere else to look and wanted to buy it with our original salesman Howard Samuels and that exactly what we did.

My sales representative was very friendly and made the process very easy. The health precautions the store took related to COVID made me feel safe.
