Patience, what patience?
One of the sale reps was impatient and used a bit of a tone when the signature page would not come up on my mobile phone. I almost lost my cool but could not for the reason that I was at work. Instead of making an order over the phone I think it would be best to actually visit the store for a more friendlier experience. If my mother didn’t want that particular piece of furniture so badly, I would have canceled and went else where.

Matthew was extremely helpful. He listened to what we were looking for and found a sofa in stock to meet our needs. You guys never let us down. We are delighted with our new sofa!!!

Good Experience
We've purchased at the outlet on several occasions and always had a great experience. The sales people are kind & courteous. My only issue, is that for an outlet it can still be very pricy.

When you go to the Outlet store ask for Vyts (rhymes with bits). Super helpful, extremely patient and had great ideas.
