Great! A bit pricey, no discounts on sales even as a first time customer. Theres no military discounts for them either for sale items as well. Delivery fee is one time if they got to come out two times but a suggestion , as a first time buyer a delivery fee or protection plan should be a one time thing. For me i feel like you should want people to come to you with comfort and ease. I purchased a living room set and spent almost $5000( including portection plan thats $389.00 and delivery fee)

When I called the number to get help with my order, the gentleman that helped me was calm, knowledgeable, timely, patient, kind, a great listener and easy to understand. The delivery guys were outstanding positive, happy, calm. A great experience.

I highly recommend asking for Abby Orlando when you visit the showroom in Poughkeepsie, I had somewhat of an idea of how I wanted to refurnish my living room and I have little success pulling a room together, I am simply not good at it, Well after spending some time on the floor with Abby, she helped me narrow it down and identify what I like. In addition, she presented options to me I would never have considered.
When someone really enjoys what they do for a living it shows and the customer /client always wins .. needless to say my living room looks better than I ever expected. Ask for Abby when you arrive!!

From the initial greeting of your sales representative it was a pleasant and seamless visit. Anthony was very informative and had a no pressure concept which is a comfortable approach to shopping and purchasing furniture .

Quick delivery

Poor customer service. No return phone call regarding my concerns. No return phone call after my second call. You have lost a customer.

Was told it could be delivered next week when that’s not correct. Huge waste of my time.

They are honest,reliable company and friendly, knowledgeable people that are working there. Their selection of furniture is awesome too!
