Easy.. no pressure. Purchased a mattress. Second one this year. Free delivery is a bonus. Came the very next day. What’s not to like. And our sales lady (same one as last time) is very sweet.

John ,the manager, did an amazing job helping us choose the correct mattress for our needs. He was personable and patient as he answered our numerous questions. He treated us with undivided attention during both of our visits to the store. Mattress shopping is not fun but John made the experience very pleasant.

Absolutely best customer service at the Saratoga store. We have dealt with Angelica, Donna and Rock and couldn’t be happier with not only the quality of the furniture but the support of the team when it came to questions and any concerns we had.

We find your prices very high but we were able to buy our sofa and chair because it was a floor model and reduced. We are very happy with our purchase.

I knew what I wanted and I was never pressured to buy something else. I have bought many items from you and have never been disappointed.

Sales associate Deb Kroslak greeted us at the door but then gave us some time and space to explore on our own. Once we had an idea of what we liked she helped us find several options. She helped coordinate a separate chair with the sectional. We felt supported but not pressured in any way.

It started out great, then it became a high pressure sales tactic! Very uncomfortable! I’m not even sure I will receive what I purchased, plus, I know there was a sale of 20% off, which I didn’t receive. The salesman was pissed when I declined the flimsy mattress pad and said “you better like the mattress, because you can’t return it if you aren’t buying OUR mattress cover”. Seriously? $399 for a mattress cover? It was not good! I needed a good mattress and am now regretting my purchase! I hope I receive what I purchased!

My husband and I had been to three other furniture stores prior to visiting R&F. We were deciding between 2 options for our new couch. However, when we went to R&F we found exactly what we were looking for and our other options immediately became null and void!
Melissa was our salesperson she informed us it was her first day on the floor. She was a pleasure to work with and will be an asset to the sales team.
