Angelica was a great listener, very patient and not overbearing. She showed us only what we were looking for even when we couldn’t make up our mind. No pressure and most friendly.

The salesperson & delivery were exceptional, but this furniture is as hard as board. It’s a shame that you purchased a set of furniture and you can’t try it out. The only option you have is sitting on the one in the store! We are so upset about this purchase

I put both my mattress and bed frame as delivery and I’m being told that’s not the case. Now they’re expecting me to pick up my mattress from Albany, when I have no truck or way of getting it. Your website states delivery in 3 days or less and I have been waiting over a week now.
I am very unsatisfied.

Tom Page was excellent
Tom Page was excellent. Showed us exactly what we wanted, gave us choices, and did not push us to buy. We came back two days later with a carpet sample. He was there, as promised, remembered us, and helped us finalize the purchase and delivery very quickly. We were quite impressed with him and your stock, and we will return!

The selection and the sale prices were outstanding. I bought online and was approved for financing, but when I went to use it, your system didn't recognize anything about me. I did set up an online account and had my financing credit number available but it still didn't work.

The salesperson (Dylan Jones), was very helpful, answered all questions, was not pushy. I left after making purchase , happy not stressed out.
