Great customer service along with appropriate concerns.

I loved how the employees worked together to help me get exactly what I was looking for. Gabby and Endri were excellent in communicating with me. I sent Endri a few pictures of chairs that I liked and he put them next to the couch I was looking to purchase. He made it much easier for me to decide what I liked. Gabby measured pillows for me and I truly appreciate all of their time they made for me. Thank you both again!

Store is well appointed and clean. Salespeople are knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy.

My recent experience with Raymour and Flanagan was great. I had an issue with a mattress that I had purchased two years ago. I called the customer service team and explained the problem. The representative immediately set up an appointment with a service technician to come to my home. They came the very next day, inspected the mattress and forwarded their report to the store. The service technician told me that I should hear from customer service within 24 to 48 hours.
I received a call back that same afternoon informing me that I was approved for a full replacement of my mattress. I made an appointment with a manager and selected a new mattress. The manager was very helpful in helping me with the many available selections. He helped me to look up reviews and find one at the price range I was looking for. The whole experience was wonderful.

Gordon was very attentive, very informative about the sectional sofa that we purchased although we have not received it, but we will be getting our delivery on Wednesday. He was very upfront on the cost the materials on the sofa and the delivery date.
Very much appreciated we have always bought our furniture from Raymour and Flanigan always been the best quality and the best service

From my first impression while entering the show room. Greeted by a sales representative who was polite, professional and personable. The showroom was brightly lit and clean. There were plenty of options to choose from and the price ranges to suit all levels.

Josephine is helpful and friendly. She gives accurate information. It is a pleasure to buy from her.

Steven was good a few years ago when I got my living room set so I decided to use him again. He is good, nice, understanding. I left then went back and then I ordered my dining room set. If ever I need anytthing else, I will always use him
