Gordon is one of the best sales person I ever dealt with went Beyond being helpful quick and knowledgeable

Our salesman Nick was friendly and knowledgeable. He asked us what we wanted and showed us all possibilities and he also made some tasteful recommendations as well. The showroom was clean and it had many samples of furniture.

Brian was great .. spent a lot of time with us … super knowledgeable… overall a great experience

Salesman was not pushing - knowledgeable - helpful. Took time to show us our options - gave us time to make the decision. Good selection too.

The manager was fantastic. I was able to get enough in a modular to fill my living room, but truthfully nothing in your collection could match my Cindy Crawford edition, which was also a sectional, but not in single pieces and was much heavier, but I am thankful I had the warranty And appreciate you honoring it and making it painless. The manager at my store was very helpful once again thank you Ralph & Kelly

Today we went to several different furniture stores looking for bedroom furniture for my children. We previously furnished our entire home from Ashley furniture but after poor customer service we decided to take a look in Raymour. Normally I tell my husband we don’t need to get assistance and not to ask for help since I hate being shown furniture we aren’t interested in. In the past we would go in looking for a certain style and our time is wasted. With 3 young children in tow, jumping around and sitting on the different couches it can be frustrated to be shown items we aren’t coming in for. Today the salesperson Steven Kaj asked us what we were looking for. Again normally I will just say that we’re just browsing, but I figured I would see if he could help us. We wanted twin sized beds with adult size furniture. He managed to fit the bill entirely. He found the style we wanted and the pieces were all part of the same set even though some of them weren’t on display. I wouldn’t have known this if Steven wasn’t so helpful. We actually ended up purchasing an additional bedroom set (in addition to the two twin sets) because he was so patient and attentive . He put together a warranty package for us and the sale was very easy. We had a very smooth experience thanks to Steven’s help and will now continue future furniture purchases with Raymour because of him.

Could not be happier with our experience with Raymour & Flanigan from entering the showroom to delivery. Gordon was incredible! He found us perfect pieces for our new home and made sure the delivery process was seamless. I would highly recommend working with Gordon for any of your furniture needs!

Just bought two twin extra long adjustable beds, from Gordon Friend of Raymour & Flanigan. It was a very easy peasy, pleasant experience.

Gordon is very knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. He even had his staff move the mattress of interest, to an adjustable frame, so we could test it. Next, the beds were delivered and setup, only 21 hours after the beds were ordered. WOW.

True story, right after the delivery guys left, my mom took a nap on her new bed, and when she woke up, she was happy and refreshed.

Gordon made shopping and sleeping a joy. My advice, see Gordon when it comes time to buy furniture.

Mr Mike was very knowledgeable. He listened very carefully for my requests, made the best recommendations for the furniture combinations.

Excellent store with great products. Sales person was very helpful and patient with me. I appreciated that. Would definitely purchase from Raymour & Flanigan again.

Steve was honest and helpful, we went in for a bedroom set and also got a couch! We had a deposit on a couch in another store and we cancelled it as Steve was able to get us something better!
