Quick service, except my dining set was out of stock, was told it could be in stock by the end of the month or sometime after that. The customer service was professional and friendly.

The manager
The manager, I believe his name was Nic. He was very patient and ensure that I was comfortable. He made sure to explained everything to me very clearly. He also helped my son picked out a mattress and frame and gave good suggestions.

Sales associates very helpful
Sales associates very helpful, courteous and took time to answer questions and show us different options. Everyone was very friendly and delivery is super quick. Delivery updates via email is very helpful.

Good experience all around
Knowledgeable and helpful staff; No pressure. Randy Brown at Union Square knows his stock (mattresses/beds), but also when to leave customers alone to think/discuss. Store Manager and Customer Service staff helpful once we decided to move forward with purchase. Follow-up regarding Certificate of Insurance and delivery scheduling also well handled.
