Great selection without being overwhelming. Outlet section had excellent deals and I made a purchase later the same day. Salesman was very polite and helpful and he gave me plenty of space while browsing the selections.

I ordered a chest and a nightstand online and chose to pick it up at the store that is near me. The website said it was in stock and available for pickup the next day. I get a call the next day from the store and they tell me pickup is no longer available and I would have to pick it up at a warehouse which is in another part of the state; or I can have it delivered, for free. My schedule is not adaptable to delivery hence why I chose to pick it up. The fact they gave me the option to pick it and then tell me they no longer do that is just BS. I ended up cancelling the order needless to say. On principle alone I will not go back to R&F. There are just too many other options. Plus, I believe the no pickup option is a way for them to capture customers into the $150.00 delivery fee. Bad business all around.

I purchased a dining table and six chairs. On the first delivery date, all four screws were falling out of one seat. They delivery men flipped it over on my counter and drilled new holes. When the screws wouldn't hold, they literally turned and asked me if I had longer screws they could use! Wait...what? Another chair had chips in it, and one of the men tried to color it in with a marker. I didn't accept either chair.

On the third delivery attempt, I got one more good chair, and refused another chipped one. Today was the forth delivery attempt of a chipped chair, which I also refused. I went to Raymour & Flanigan because I thought I was buying quality furniture. When I phoned today, Nick - the Waterbury, CT assistant manager, said, "well, you got a table and five good chairs, we can just keep trying to get you another good chair." He also told me that chips and flaws were discretionary to the customer. I told him I didn't buy at a discount store, and I do not expect chipped "new" furniture. He also indicated that they have no control over what happens in the warehouse.

Additionally, I looked down at one of the other chairs I accepted, and a dowel on the bottom was not connected and the screw was loose. It is not even drilled properly, so I have to redrill to get it back in.

Basically, I was just told that there are no global quality control standards for this company. I might as well have gone to a discount warehouse - I would then expect these types of issues.

The salesman, Carlos, was courteous and knowledgeable and thorough. The product was to our liking.

It seems that your quality of furniture has gone way down hill since my last purchases about 12 yrs ago. A lot of the couches could have passed for Bobs discount furniture.
I’m very upset about your misleading statement regarding free shipping of most items. I had assumed my delivery would be free so I was not happy to hear about the additional cost at the end. Very very misleading on the companies part. Your website also does not list the correct stores as outlet stores. I had planned on buying more furniture from you in a few weeks but due to quality and shipping I may shop around and see what my options are

My husband and I went to Raymour for an exchange due to our previous couch breaking. It was covered under the platinum care but the couch was no longer in stock. We had to see a manger. His name is John in the Waterbury store. He was pleasant and very helpful. Aside from his great personality, he was very honest and helpful. He easily could have made us spend more money but he was truthful and I honor that. His kindness went a long way. We will surely return there for more furniture in the future.

I have bought most of my furniture over the years from Raymour and Flanagan and been happy with the service, quality of products and the sales representatives.
The only issue I have is that there is a delivery charge and then a take away charge which adds another $300
to my purchase.

was greeted at the door. told sales rep my situation and exactly what we were there for. he was knowledgeable and easy to work with. by the end of the day we got what we needed and the rep made a 10k sale. everyone was happy 😃

My sales associate was willing to listen to my needs. She took me to see several pieces of merchandise. She was pleasant and very nice.

Our sales person gave us the space we asked for so we could look around. When it came time for questions she was right there for us. She was perfect and a big factor in our purchase. Thank you.
