Salesperson was knowledgeable along with very helpful to us. We appreciated his patience as well.

I was exchanging a mattress but it has to be dropped shipped to my house. (So I was told.) They wouldn't order it until they picked up the existing mattress. We would of had no bed to sleep in for about four weeks. It took a lot of stern talk to get things done right. I told the manager I received an online invoice for the second mattress. She as much as told me I was lying. I will never do business again with Raymour.

Asia was a great sales agent. No pressure and was able to answer all of our questions. She allowed us to wander the store on our own without following us around every corner as too many sales people tend to do. It was a very good experience and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is furniture shopping.

Our salesman, Ken Labrie, was wonderful. He was patient, polite and knowledgeable. He worked hard to find exactly what we needed. I would definitely shop at your store again in the future. We were completely satisfied.

I will always purchase my furniture at Raymour and Flanagan because of the quality, great prices and most of all my sales person Francisco in the Waterbury store Reidville Drive. He is always so helpful finding exactly what I am looking for and the price I want to spend. He is not in any way a sales person that pressures you. He is awesome and he should be commended by your company for his outstanding work ethic. Thank you Francisco for always helping me with all my purchases.
