What a wonderful shopping experience. Robin was absolutely pleasant to walk thru the showroom with describing the products we were interested in. We had no problem selecting the pieces we had come in searching for after be educated on the various options that were available to us. The purchase went very well. I had a problem with my ottoman that the wheels were peeling and I call for service and the tech guy was very polite and repaired all 4 wheels,about a week ago. Now one of the wheels collapsed and waiting for the second repair.

Our salesperson Azza was very helpful but never pushy which we found to be a great quality and we will not hesitate to purchase a new living room set from
R &F in the near future.

We had a positive in-store experience. We found a living room set we liked and had it delivered. When they set it up, they left a broken armrest. I called the store immediately and was told to send pics to a text and that hopefully someone would get back to us in 72 hours as they are short staffed.

So we have a brand new living room set sitting in our house that is broken. It has been 5 days as of today with zero contact.

There is noway the delivery guys couldn't have known the set was clearly faulty when setting it up. They lost a customer.

Jackie was exceptionally responsive throughout the selection and purchase process. I'd highly recommend her to both commercial & residential clients.

I came in Monday night and was greeted by Paul Jensen. I explained to him that I had a bad experience at the store years ago but was willing to give them another shot and that I was looking to buy a couch and recliner. Paul couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful in showing me around at the options that were available. We were able to quickly find exactly what I was looking for. Paul got the paperwork, financing and delivery date set up quick and easy. I had arrived about a half hour before close and he even stayed a little past store closing time to help me get it all finalized. It was a very pleasant and easy buying experience from start to finish.

Service was outstanding

So I am a hard sell, I am always weary of sales people I find them pushy or uninterested and I just don’t trust them so my go to is always “we’re just looking, thank you”. Jackie Gash from the Waterford ct store was the exception to the rule. She respected that I needed my space and once she saw me in my space she came and without being pushy just really tried her best to make us feel comfortable like she wanted to talk to us weather we were buying or not. Before I knew it I was buying the set we ended up with and she made it work for a budget I was comfortable with. I even said to my husband when we were on our way home, “ this woman is wasting her talent selling couches she should be selling cars or houses.” It’s not easy to sell me anything and now I have a beautiful set I really love at a monthly amount I can afford. If your in the market for a couch set go to raymore and flannigan in Waterford and ask for Jackie this lady is amazing

Nice store, escalator was great for my wife who is handicapped, friendly sales woman

I am handicapped and called the store to inquire if they had a wheelchair. I talked to Paul Jensen and he met me at the door when I arrived. I was in restaurant and retail management for 40 years, several commission, and as I told the manager I have never met a salesperson better than myself, lol. He was kind,and knowledgeable. He met all my needs i will send people his way. You are very lucky I am out of the business or I would steal him away.
