The representative was very alert and helpful with me making my purchase and walking me through the process even though my card hadn't arrived yet!

It was a good experience. And liz it was very helpful and answered all my questions.

I purchased a whole new living room from u and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality at a fair price! My recliners arrived today and I’ve been enjoying them! I’ll be back for a mattress and more furniture

I visited online and had a problem with setting up payment. I chatted with Azza and she was extremely helpful and patient. She took away the stress.

Site is difficult to use. I placed an order and tried to simply pay with my Raymour & Flanagan credit card. Cannot simply enter the card number. Additionally with this order I never received an order confirmation number. I also tried to place an order for a baby changing dresser..and couldn't. I had to go into the store to place the order. The store should have some baby furniture to view.

Overall experience was easy and smooth, we went in with an idea of a new bed and mattress and left pleased with the result Bob Wilson was easy to work with, knowledgeable and able to advise on options based on personal experience. Made it very easy and just hoping the mattress delivers the same result!

The manager that assisted us with a return and replacement was excellent. He took time to understand our needs and make sure we were happy. Very positive experience.

In the middle of a move, we discovered our box springs were not going to make up the stairwell. We went to the R&F website, found what we needed, and then called our local store. The staff accommodated our needs and provided great assistance.
