Rob was extremely patient and helpful. We were glad to contact him once we decided we were ready to buy the couch. He showed us at Raymour & Flanigan in Waterford Connecticut.

Meeting Paul wasn’t what I expected at…
Meeting Paul wasn’t what I expected at all, I was ready for a typical salesman, but he was an honest down to earth guy. He wasn’t pushy at all, he was polite and friendly and made our experience great. I’ll definitely recommend your store and tell them to definitely ask for Paul. Thank you and please pass on my regards to Paul, you definitely need to keep him around!!

Robert J Wilson was the representative who helped me with making sure I got the product I wanted, purchase and arranging delivery. All by chat and email. He was professional, efficient and communicated well by chat and email. It was great.

I'd recently browsed the RF website looking for specific items, while I found some gorgeous pieces that interest me, I needed something specific...Submitted my request via chat & actually got exactly what I wanted.The representative was very helpful/understanding/courteous/professional...Needless to say, I'll be shopping @RF in the near future.
