Ray was great. He was patient with our many questions and he gave us many options in our price range. We appreciated that he didn’t pressure us to buy things we didn’t need or that were out of our price range. Great customer service. You’ve won a repeat customer.

I came in to buy a new mattress. Peter made the entire process so easy. He was very knowledgeable and was not pushing us to buy the most expensive mattress. He listened to our concerns and explained the different types of mattress that would meet our needs. I will definitely work with him in the future.

I was happy to see your newest display of furniture. You have added some more traditional styles i stead of the “modern” style, which is not to my liking.
I found two chairs that were exactly what I was looking for.

Frances Velez was a very, very good Sales Person. She knew everything about the beds, front and back. We asked a lot of questions and she knew all the answers, front and back. She was a great service to our purchase at Raymour & Flanigan.

We bought furniture at Raymour and flanagan two days ago! We worked with such a knowledgeable and professional salesperson named Jose Lopez! He was genuine, friendly, did not pressure us and was a joy to work with!! It was a fantastic experience!!!

Denise McCarthy was a pleasure to deal with. She was helpful, professional and attentive.

Had a recliner delivered and they didn't remove a strap from the bottom. The chair was leaning to one side and when we flipped the chair over, I noticed the strap still attached.
I called to report the problem. They said they would have someone come out and look at it. They didn't come out to see but asked me to send a picture. I did and they said" the technician knows exactly what the issue is from the photo and we have ordered the part" That was March......I have not received one call from Raymour and Flanigan directly. All inquires on the status of the part and repair have been initiated by me. By the way, the part is still in "transit". I want this broken chair out of my house!!! I will NEVER purchase from them again.

Great store. Always clean and the showroom has lots of beautiful furniture without feeling crowded or overwhelmed. Everyone is friendly and we are happy with our purchases. The quality and prices are great. This will be my third purchase from this location from Jason who is very good at what he does.

The one sided return repair or no sale policy on furniture that failed and had to be returned is unfair and a giant rip-off!

Jessica, our salesperson is the kindest, well informed person I have dealt with at the West Springfield ma store. I will always buy my furniture from her. I use Oxygen and this was my daughter's and my 2nd trip back to the store. When she saw us come in, she went and got a wheelchair for me. My daughter was going to push me, but she insisted on doing it. You don't find customer service people like that anymore. 3/4 of my furniture is from your store and Jessica already knows what comes next. She has already gone over the sizes, types of wood and styles of chairs. She is remarkable.

Jason was an excellent help and provided excellent customer service. We were able to purchase and receive our item extremely quickly. The financing options were excellent and adjusted accordingly to our budget.

We were able to easily find what we were looking for and then got very useful information about two different pieces we were interested in. The whole process was straightforward and smooth. We picked up our furniture the next day! We have bought from them before and the quality of their products is excellent! Highly recommend Raymour and Flanigan!
