Peter, the consultant walked us through inventory of sleep/bedroom side. He kindly answered all our questions. Helped us to make purchase what we were looking for without any pressure. He is very knowledgeable and professional home furnishing/sleep consultant. My husband and I are very happy with our purchase. Big “thank you” to Peter making furniture shopping so easy and enjoyable!

Sales Rep’s were very professional. They helped me select the right chair for my home, & they (Omar & Jess) were very knowledgeable. Also, your selection of home products is very impressive.

Vandana Basil was very helpful without being pushy.

Denise was a great help. She knew the furniture & was able to direct us to exactly what we wanted. She provided us options to compare & made the purchase easy. She is by far is the best Salesperson I have worked with. Her smile & outgoing personality made shopping fun.

The moment we arrived we were greeted by Mary Lynn and she was incredibly helpful to help us find a new living room set. She showed us many options and also the one I had seen online.
She asked great questions and when ready to purchase stayed with us and walked us out. I called the next day as we had also seen a dining room set and decided to purchase. She was able to have both delivered on the same day. The tax free and discount brought us in but Mary Lynn helped us make the final decision to buy. A positive experience and one I'm sharing with friends and family.

Sales person was very courteous and helped me pick out the items that i purchased, without trying to sell me something I did not want.

I appreciated the ease of online ordering and pickup at the store. The furniture pieces are beautiful and are of excellent quality. When I arrived to pick up my furniture, all the employees, from Customer Service to Sales to Storeroom, were friendly and helpful. The prices of the items were great, too! All in all, a very enjoyable shopping experience.

we had a wonderful attentive sales associate who, the moment our credit card was ran, disappeared. We have had MANY issues with our order and have never heard a word from him. Every time I call customer support I am told “your sales associate should have conveyed that to you”. We spent $10,000 with Raymour and have been given the runaround at every turn. They have been to our home 4 times in the past two months, making one of us take the full day off 4 times as Raymour does not give a delivery window until the evening before, and we still do not have our complete bedroom set. We first were delivered a broken chest. When they came to repair it, it became clear the chest was broken and someone had seen it and attempted to repair it right before delivery with a staple gun. At this point, we told them we did not want it, we wanted a replacement. The third time they came out, they had the complete wrong piece of furniture. When I called them to schedule the delivery of the correct piece, they informed me that my mirror which had been on backorder would be in stock at the time of delivery and could be delivered with the chest. When they came to deliver the chest, they had absolutely no idea what I was even talking about. I called raymour AGAIN, to which they told me the mirror’s date had been pushed back, and that my sales associate should have conveyed that to me. At this point I canceled the mirror as I cannot take 5 full days off of work for furniture deliveries of a single bedroom set I purchased two months ago. I would not purchase any future furniture from Raymour and I would not recommend them to anyone.
