My husband and I walked into the store because we wanted to see the bedroom set that I liked for our future home in another state. We still didn’t know when or where we’d be moving. Hendrik, our salesman met us at the door and showed us the set right away. He encouraged us to put a small fee down to hold the price and the delivery fee. He then proceeded to call us over the next 2 years to keep holding the pieces that we wanted so the computer wouldn’t delete them.
Well, true to his word, Hendrik held the prices for us on everything we bought. He then helped us select a mattress, and all the pieces were delivered in perfect shape. I cannot say enough about the great customer service we received from Hendrik, and all of the employees at Raymour and flannigan. I would highly recommend this store for all your home furnishings!

William Nowak was the best sales associate at R&F I have ever worked with. I needed very specific sizes of the items I purchased. He was very patient and so helpful with all aspects of the sale. I had to return to change an item and add other items and he was just as patient, understanding and helpful as the first time. The Williamsville store is not the closest R&F to my house but I will forever frequent this location as long as William continues to help me.

You had the furniture I wanted at a price that worked with my budget. No pressure from the sales person.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Manager Don was very professional and assisted us with ordering our new couch.

We purchased a sofa and loveseat 19 months ago for over $4,000. We also paid for their “platinum protection plan” for another $360. This was the first time and the last time I will buy something from them. One of the cushions is starting to wear already so I called to file a claim. I was told the protection plan doesn’t cover wear and tear but that they wanted to make me completely satisfied. They had me send pictures and schedule a service call. I received a voicemail 2 days later from a woman who basically told me that I was out of luck and that she was canceling the service call since they weren’t going to do anything for us. Their quality is terrible and customer service even worse. Usually they say “you get what you pay for” but in this case, we sure didn’t.

William was so patient and helpful, finding the perfect sectional and measuring twice to make sure it fits my odd space.

Our Salesperson, John Salhab, was great. He left us alone to browse and talk and look at everything without any pressure. He came around only to ask if we had any additional questions or needed help...and we did and he helped us. He made our shopping experience very pleasant and we actually liked him and appreciated his input and expertise. I would definitely seek him out on my return visit for additional purchases, he is great salesperson.

Raymour & Flanagan delivers furniture on next day after the order! It was delivered on that second day!

My sales person (Angie Sammarco) was very current on features, pricing, and all other aspects of the furniture I was interested in. She showed me low end to high end models and explained the differences. She also explained the protection plan and delivery process. I was very happy with her help in making the buying process favorable.

The salesperson did not pressure us.Gave us room to look and decide.Answered all our questions promptly.Would definitely buy from them again.

Worked with salesman that sold us our furniture a few weeks ago to find a small recliner couch.

Salesman was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us towards our selection. He had my son try out a few different mattresses before selecting his preference. Checked on the availability of a couple bedroom sets for us before making our final selection.
