The store manager Marcus did a absolutely fantastic job should be commended for his great customer service.

Chris is just a great saleswoman with a great personality. She was very patient with us, without being pushy, as we changed some things as we wondered the whole store.

Sales people very helpful and NOT PUSHY. Had a large selection of quality furniture.

My salesperson was very professional and took her time with us, giving us her thoughts and suggestions.

Sorry to say our experience was horrible. Broken promise for delivery time 3 to 5 weeks. The order was change at the last minute because you realized you did not have it in stock. BAD DAY

Marcus was the first person who helped this horrible situation. I had spoken with over 10 people, district managers (Miranda who doesn’t have a last name or know her bosses name),store managers (Jimmy from Christiana store he’s a little guy), regional managers (Kara Thomas and Rick) along with other call reps and managers. Every single person showed little to no empathy for my situation. The long-short of it is, I purchase an entire bedroom set about 1.5 to 2 years ago from Raymour. Every piece was defective and/or not screwed or bolted correctly. I had to fix every piece by hand and some are still not perfect. I bought a couch in March of 2023 and the entire couch bottom has fallen out. I expressed my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the +6k I have spent through the years and was met with the same old “I’m sorry”. Not one person suggested or was interested in providing any type of additional or assistance to make me feel better about both of my horrible experiences. I was promised a refund/credit from Kara Thomas which was a lie and invalid the amount was 1650. She stated multiple times 2k with free shipping and when confronted with the difference she refused to confirm whether she said 2k or not. Jimmy from the store was rude and short (makes sense). Marcus, however, was a super-star. Met my needs with kindness and was able to help as much as he could. Got me the price that I was promised initially and got me free shipping. He needs to be spotlighted as the one who was able to slavish this horrible experience.
