Very helpful staff, answering all our questions and navigating us to make the right choices for our home living space. Washington Marshall was our sales representative. He did an outstanding job and was extremely knowledgeable!

The salesperson let us take as long as we wanted to select a couch. He was knowledgeable and helpful, but did not hover.

Started off as a five
Started off as a five, but dropped after delivery was a no show no call. First date was 4/29, called and switched to 4/30. No big deal was called days ahead of time. 4/30 no show no call. I called 5/1 was told it was switched to 5/2.

Washington L. Marshall (sales person) was off the chart with his helpfulness, patience as I have health conditions that caused us to move slower and have to double check purchase options multiple times in getting us to a decision. Never once did we feel rushed, he was there supporting us with helpful product information to enable an informed decision. We were planning to go with Wilmington DE store to make the purchase but my health factors and pending sale forced us to purchase online but he noted him as our sales person in the online purchase and most definitely want to ensure you provide feedback and reward him for being a great representative. He will be our go to guy on future purchases as we typically buy from you. Hoping we have great delivery experience as we have had in the past and look forward to getting our purchased sofa.
