Had to replace sofa. No problem.

Gio was very helpful and not overbearing. An overall positive experience.

The salesman Bryant greeted my friend and I with a warm welcome. He took his time allowing us to sit and test out the comfortability of the sofa I was shopping for re my 73 year old brother. Discounts were applied and the ease of the sale went smoothly. Great ✔️ service. Would definitely recommend 👌

I would like to thank Mina Ali who provided us a pleasant experience in purchasing a new sleeper sofa and chairs. She did a wonderful job in understanding our needs, guiding us to the furniture pieces and quickly and efficiently processing our order.

My son and I were greeted soon after we entered the store by Mario Garcia, who seemed to know what I was looking for in terms of style. Traditional. Which his recommendation and my choice of sofa certainly was. As to the mattress, he heard what it was I sought, as simple as possible a plain box spring and mattress.
Mario's a good listener. Some people aren't.

I met with Kim about 3 weeks ago. She understood my need to wander and think. I left with some brochures to think over. I decided on color, style, and types of furniture. Went back to Kim on Tuesday…we looked at specific pieces…she helped me in my decision making, while leaving the actual decision to me!

She then answered all questions we had on the two sectionals we had in mind. Was very pleasant and did not rush us in decision. Very satisfied with her knowledge and hospitality.

We visited the Woodbridge New Jersey location and was met by Nina…. She was kind, friendly, courteous and professional…… she made shopping for furniture easy. She did not hover or harass…. She gave us space and time to explore the different departments and checked back with us from time to time. We found everything with ease… and when it came time to place orders, Nina sat with us and answered any questions we had. She made us feel welcomed and comfortable.
I am looking forward to my furniture when it arrives….
