Came in with a friend who was shopping for furniture for several rooms. Mayte , our consultant was very patient and helpful. She answered all questions thoroughly. We did not feel pressured, even though we took a long time. I also made a small purchase. She treated me the same as if I was buying a room full of furniture.

Sales rep was very personable, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.

The sales woman was attentive and diligent. She showed to be knowledgeable.

Kim had spent a lot of time with us prior to our purchase and because of that we wanted to give her the sale. She didn't pressure us and when the price was better we made our purchase.

Wonderful and helpful service. I would definitely recommend Kim, she was informative, knowledgeable and won’t talk you into anything you don’t want.

Late delivery. Not comfortable. I paid $995. and a week later it was listed as $895!!! - even though I asked Rob at the time of purchase for a better price after I received an email offering up to 25% off.

I was approved for finance my furniture. Went to the store and made the purchase, scheduled the delivery and signed all the requested documents. Two days later, I received a phone call from the salesperson stating that I must contact TD Bank. The bank would not discuss my account with me. I even tried to pay buy cash and I was unable to. I think Raymour doesn’t need my money nor my business.

We had the best salesperson. He was knowledgeable, helpful and gave assistance when needed. His name was Bryant and he went over and above to be helpful. I suffer from arthritis and he understood and treated us kindly. Would highly recommend him to our friends. My experience was on Sunday, June 11, 2023. We made the purchase because of him. Five star reference to store and to Bryant.

The salesman was very helpful in choosing a recliner. He gave us a lot of helpful information. But we were not aware of the delivery price of 179.00. We did ask about it and how much is charged He started talking about something else. The large amount would have maybe made us change our minds. Please disclose all prices before going to pay. Otherwise he was an excellent salesman.

Nina provided great service and went above and beyond to make our purchase a breeze

Kim was our salesperson. She was wonderful...and she's a Mets fan too! We 1st met her a few months ago when we were looking at mattresses. Yesterday, we met with her again and we pulled the trigger on a mattress, thanks largely to her expertise and professionalism. In addition, we also bought a new sofa for our living room while we were at it. Advice to R & F...stay in business...please. Don't let these hipster-run Amazon-like corporations push you around. You guys blow them out of the water.

The website is easy to navigate, and the recliners have so many options. Very easy to choose, pay, and receive a date for pickup!
