I will be ordering from them again. Even though I had to return an unsuitable item they made it as easy as possible and credited my account promptly. The prices are very keen and the products of a high standard.

The chair was very well made and the two pieces fitted together very easily.
The instructions enabled me to get it operational in just a few minutes.
My mother (for whom I had bought it) gave it a 'Test Drive' and thought it was great.
Would recommend this chair to anybody.
Service from RDK Mobility was excellent.

We bought an extended device to open and close windows that could not be reached. Very useful if someone else presses the window lock first, otherwise no use. Need a product that has a spur to press down the window lock as all modern windows have them.

Was very impressed with the selection the website had to offer and the fact free delivery was offered. The products were cheaper than others offered online. The products came quickly. However the packaging was squashed, I'm not sure if this was due to the compact way they were wrapped up for delivery or whether the packaging was bag already! I wouldn't usually mind as it normally get thrown away but I was buying products as a gift.
Overall good service and good value for money. Would use again regardless!!

Mum has been confined to bed for several months and has not been able to visit her hairdresser. Using this inflatable bowl has meant that she can now have a weekly shampoo and set from a visiting hairdresser which she enjoys and looks forward to her weekly treat.

Good service and delivery, unfortunatly a problem with the product, but was quickly sorted out to my complete satisfaction and my return postage rembursed, will always recommend to others.

I'm really pleased with my experience of RDK Mobility. I wasn't sure which of two items to buy so I sent an email enquiring about them. I received one back promptly, suggesting that I call. Some time later, I did and spent a good 20 minutes on the phone with Andy who really spent time to get to know what my needs were and think about how their products could help. There was no 'hard sell' and it wasn't a case of just being advised to buy the most expensive of the two! It's wonderful to see that there are still some companies out there who appreciate and value good old fashioned 'customer care'. When I then received my order I was very happy with the product quality too. I would highly recommend RDK to anyone.

Never used this company before so i thought i would try it out as the prices where very reasonable. Made my order for a crutch/wheelchair bag on the weekend. Arrived on the Tuesday. When i opened the bag i was not expecting a such a quality item so i was well impressed. This bag is so well made and strong. I will more than likely order more items as and when needed and as long as the prices are right. Thank you for a quality item.

The buying process was so easy. My son helped me to buy online, the products were good quality and delivery was speedy. I will defiantly use RDK Mobilty again.

Overall my experience was OK & I would use again. MY only problem was the the Scooter Control Panel was advertised as Blue and even said on the bag it was Blue but is actually Black. Also it did not have any instruction on how to fit it. Fortunately I managed to wotk it out and fit it for my wife.

I ordered a bottle opener and jar opener - pictured - for a combined price of £4.16. The jar opener was received but not the bottle opener. On enquiry I was told the bottle opener was no longer available. We are still in discussion.

No doubt about value for money so pleased with item purchased thank you.

I was only after a low cost item which was initially out of stock, but an enquiry was very helpfully returned by phone. For the item I bought, the price was good, they offered vat free, and fast free delivery.

These days you have to be careful what web sites you buy from.
I'm very cautious and had never used these before?
I can honestly say that I can highly reccomend RDK Mobility as great service, quick delivery, great communication, reasonably priced.
That's states a lot these days. Well done
