Reagan Gold Group provided excellent customer service and was able to answer any questions I had, making the process very easy. They got my medals to me quickly and always provided the best service and most up to date information. Will be recommending them to family.

I would not do business with a company that lies so badly in their ads!
They claim Trump just passed Executive order 14208 ot take your money! This is not a Trump bill but was passed in May of 2021 by the BIden administration and it focuses on modernizing cybersecurity practices, promoting collaboration between public and private sectors, and improving incident response capabilities.

It's a shame Reagan gold group has to lie to try and scare people to try and sell their overpriced gold.

I recently purchased $25,000 in gold from Reagan Gold Group and the entire process was incredibly smooth. They were very easy to deal with, answered all my questions, and made the transaction simple and straightforward. I sent a wire and received my metals the same week — fast and efficient service.
They even included a free safe, which was a great bonus and much appreciated. The staff was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process.

I went to Reagan Gold group and purchased precious metals (Gold and silver) to protect myself from the downturn of the dollar. I took their advice and purchased the metals they recommend.
Only to find out I lost nearly half of my initial investment. Due to their surcharge and the amount, they charged for the metals they recommended.
Even thou gold and silver values were going up but because of the surcharge cost and what they charged me for the metals I lost all most 50% of my initial investment.

This letter serves as a formal demand for an immediate refund related to my precious metals purchase. On November 17th, the spot price of gold was $4,058 per ounce. For 1.5 ounces, that totals $6,087. Yet I was charged $11,591.27. That’s not a 35% markup — that’s nearly double the actual value. The math does not add up.
The same issue applies to silver. The spot price that day was $51.24 per ounce. A 5 oz coin should have cost about $250 based on spot. Instead, I was charged $698 per coin. That’s almost three times the spot value.
This isn’t a reasonable premium — it’s an outrageous overcharge. The numbers speak for themselves, and they absolutely do not justify a 35% difference in what I was charged.

These premiums are excessive, unreasonable, and far outside normal industry standards.
I all so checked with several other major companies in the precious metals market, and they all so told me that the prices were in were more than double of what they would have charged. I have several comparable costs on what you sold me and it is outrages priced.

I was not clearly informed that I would be paying markups of this magnitude, nor was it adequately disclosed how severely this pricing would impair my investment from day one. The effect of these inflated premiums was to place me at an immediate and substantial financial disadvantage.
Given the lack of transparency and the egregious pricing structure, I am demanding a full refund of the excessive premiums charged and a complete unwinding of this transaction.
Please provide written confirmation within five (5) business days outlining how you intend to resolve this matter. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within that timeframe, I will pursue all available remedies, including regulatory complaints, arbitration, and any other legal action necessary to recover my funds.
I expect your immediate attention to this matter.
I have tried to call and write you several times requesting my money back.

The safe and the coins given to me were no near the value to offset the cost you charged me.
On March 3rd Barry said on the phone Regan Gold group charges 35% surcharge for gold purchases from them I was never informed of that either however he said it is stated in their contract.

Honestly, great experience

A few years back I was interested in purchasing some silver, called a few companies up, and decided to go with Reagan.

I decided to go with some silver proof eagles and some regular silver eagles. I remember the process was quick and stress free

after looking at the news and whats going on in the world and with the spot price of Silver, I called them back up and they bought back the silver, gave me a great price for it, and made the whole return stress free. got the wire in my account today, must say I am happy I went with Reagan

Regan Gold Group (RGG) took the majority of our retirement. Our account aggregate return over the past 2 years should have been over 200%. How is it our accounts in total show a 11.5% return, according to in RGG’s upper management? Lack of transparency!

After purchase and doing research, we realized we were charged extreme markups on the metals sold to us, including:

· Silver markups as high as approx. 531%–546% above spot!
· Gold markups: 100%–102% above spot!
· Platinum markups:146%–191% above spot!

These markups were not clearly delineated given the convoluted pricing scheme including esoteric proof values determined by RGG’s “internal database.” We never wanted the product of “proofs”, and we specifically asked for bullion. Thus, we were under the impression we received bullion.

Since the time of our purchases, spot prices have increased materially across all our precious metals. Depending on the metal and purchase date, spot price increases range approx. as follows:

· Gold: up to 121% increase!
· Silver: up to 248% increase!
· Platinum: up to 167% increase!

We made the following intentions explicitly clear:

· We are not a coin collector
· We are seeking the best possible investment value for portfolio growth
· The purchases were made strictly for retirement savings
· We only wanted bullion. NOT proofs

The metals were deposited directly into IRA accounts. We reasonably expected to receive products structured to maximize investment value, not proofs/premium burdened by excessive and unjustified premiums!

BEWARE of the CONTRACT of 5%-35%. Indeed, most sales were made at taking 35% of our money immediately at the time of purchase.

When asked why our account was so low, one answer was, melt/spot value is less than the actual coins, which we understood, but still this does not account for the majority of loss! We asked them for links (which we never received) to prices of the products to compare anywhere on the internet, so it appears we were overcharged on the products also which explains why the metals in our custodian account were valued at around half of the purchase.

RGG massively overcharges on selling proofs.

They overinflate the value of what you are sold.

BEWARE of positive online comments of RGG as these appear to be written by new clients who do not yet realize their account value is egregiously lower than expected. Most likely have not yet tried to liquidate. Note on RGG’s website, there is not a single good review of someone’s experience trying to liquidate.

I opened an IRA account with the assistance of Andrew and he was very helpful. Following that, I bought more metals. Andrew was not involved in the second transaction but one of the owners of the company. It was a terrible deal. To be able to send the coins back and buy good ones at the right price, I was pressed to write the company a good review, which I tried to do in a very vague manner. I do not want anyone else to go thru the same bad experience I had. This company is not reliable. They take advantage of people and I do not recommend it to anyone
