Sito non affidabile, se comprate a caro prezzo non è per una qualità migliore. Se ci ripensate, non potete annullare. Non c'è possibilità di contattare l'azienda perché non risponde alle mail. State alla larga!

I know I've reviewed this company a few times but give credit where credits due. Had a few more issues and this time Rebekah was dealing with them, nothing seemed a hassle and her professionalism and help was second to none. Honestly re leaf customer service is right up there with octopus. Rebekah I Thankyou and your bosses should be proud to have such professional, polite and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend this company to anyone, from their consultants to customer service to range of products 10/10

No item has been sent to me, no refund, and no response when I contacted them. Fake shop or scammers. Do not buy from here!

Faites très attention à cette entreprise, basée en Israël. Après un colis renvoyé, ils me promettent un remboursement depuis des mois sans jamais l'envoyer et en continuant de mentir pour me balader.
De plus, vous pouvez directement ajouter 20% à votre facture pour le prix de la douane.

Simply a shame how such a good product can have such a poor team behind it. I have been wating for 2 months for a refund and they tell me that the system is not working. INSANE

Just disgusting.

J'avoue avoir eu peur en ne trouvant aucun avis positif en français, mais j'ai tout de même passé commande. Tout était parfait, le service client réactif concernant mes questions à propos de la douane. Le paquet est arrivé complet et en parfait état en deux semaines à peine, je recommande.

La mia peggiore esperienza di acquisto on line:ho acquistato dei prodotti per un totale di circa 50 euro il 20 aprile, ad inizio giugno ancora non era arrivato niente, ho scritto all'assistenza e in data 6 giugno mi è stato detto che sarei stato rimborsato, ad oggi ancora non ho avuto indietro i miei soldi e dall 'assistenza non sanno dirmi nulla di che fine abbia fatto il mio rimborso, a me sembra una truffa vera e propria, do una stella solo perché meno non si può dare

Ho acquistato dal sito real leaf un prodotto sostituivo del tabacco (made in israele) ad inizio aprile, il prodotto e' arrivato a giugno. Oltre la lentezza nella spedizione proveniente dal Belgio, ci sono da pagare dazi doganali.
Le email provenienti da questo venditore nel mio caso finivano direttamente nello spam.
L'assistenza risponde ma le risposte sono abbastanza standard e poco utili, perlomeno nel mio caso.
Non ho provato il loro prodotto, ma dopo aver atteso cosi' tanto per ricevere il prodotto non oso immaginare per quante mani sia passato, oltretutto il pacco esternamente si presentava rotto in piu' punti, immagino sia stato ispezionato piu' volte. I pacchetti presenti all'interno invece non presentavano segni di apertura anche se a tenerli chiusi c'e' solo un pezzo di nastro adesivo. Non proprio la migliore esperienza d'acquisto online.

Been waiting for 5 weeks. Products must be arriving, as I have been charged by Royal mail (£2.50) Apparently they hadn't paid enough postage (Already paid the sender £9.00! For postage!)

Terrible experience, poor customer service, product never arrived
Its a no go !

Misleading information regarding shipping hidden behind many links. No customer service as the message link is purposefully broken, no captcha to fill but the captcha error appears upon trying to send. Buy their products cheaper from 3rd party websites and not from realleaf directly. I can't comment on the product because the product NEVER ARRIVED and apparantly its a very common theme. I truly beleive that they are running just enough of a legitimate business so that they can get away with screwing 75% of their customers. Read the reviews and make your own mind up. It always baffles me how a company with what is supposed to be a good product (can't verify without getting order), have such bad distribution. Why?

Li contatti? Tempo perso, dicono che non dipende da loro e che "sarebbe tutto ok".
A breve li contatterò per il rimborso sennò li denuncio.

Not even received an order number and no response to any of the emails I have sent requesting an update.

1 month after I ordered my packs of cigarettes, I wrote them an email. No answer. I wrote a second e-mail and they sent me the tracking number, without further informations. When I checked on the tracking infos, it’s been written « blocked for missing papers »… great…
I wrote them on WhatsApp but had no answer back.
Finally after 1.5months, my order arrived with 12€ charge…
I do not recommend this website. They’re not serious enough about their business.

Ho ordinato 40 pacchetti e mi sono arrivati tutti

Very annoyed and disappointed. It has been weeks since they’ve had my money, still no delivery and no response or acknowledgment of my numerous emails.

Sono semplicemente dei ladri. Ho fatto una spesa di 50€, innanzitutto non ti dicono che la merca arriva da Israele, e poi dopo 22 giorni, dall'acquisto, niente di niente, il pacco è perso, a quanto pare sequestrato alla dogana in Belgio, e l'assistenza non risponde mai, scrivo su whatsapp, via mail, niente di niente. Uno schifo totale.

Ho effettuato l'ordine il 7/11 e a oggi (gennaio) non ho ancora ricevuto niente. Il servizio clienti risponde alle mie email di richiesta rimborso chiedendomi di pazientare: peccato che oltre al disservizio subito, questo ritardo si rifletta sulla gestione della mia astinenza da nicotina, motivo per cui avevo deciso di provare questo prodotto peraltro molto caro e con spese di spedizione davvero eccessive.
Una truffa, insomma.
