I couldn't believe the level of detail and quality that went into making my doll. It's beyond anything I imagined, and it has truly changed the way I view craftsmanship. It's clear that RealDoll takes great pride in their work.

This was my first experience with RealDoll, and I couldn't be more pleased. The customer service was outstanding, and the product is beyond my wildest expectations. It looks and feels so realistic. I would highly recommend them!

I upgraded my tablet and was not able to find the download link for the x-mode software. I inquired on the customer service popup window on the website and had a link within 90 minutes of my inquiry.
The senseX with the x-mode adds an extra level of realism.

The experience of purchasing my RealDoll was seamless. From the customization options to the final product, everything exceeded my expectations. The doll is incredibly lifelike, and I'm so glad I made the investment.

Does not make and deliver your order in a timely matter. Gives the same excuses over and over every year. Very unreliable. Fails to refund your money for orders they fail to make and deliver. Ordered Bruce in December 2022 didn't arrive till July 2023 while waiting for it I inquired about the delay, was given the excuse of supply problems, reduced staffing during the winter starting in October, having to train new artists in the spring and would receive it in July. After finally receiving Bruce in July when they were supposed to have worked out their issues and supposed to be working with full staffing and supplies. I ordered the rest of the cocks models. Still hadn't arrived by April 2024. When I inquired this time about the delay. They repeated the same excuses word for word as to the delay from last time. Even tho I placed my order in July months before they claim their issues started. When I stated that I wasn't satisfied with that excuse, they immediately cancel my order and failed to refund me my credit back. This company is scamming their customers. They have a 6-7 week delivery posted, but hide their cancellation window of only 30 days well before their delivery time passes so by the time you complain about it, it's to late for you to get your refund. They have no intention on making most of their customers orders and repeating the same false excuses over and over. Don't order from them

RealDoll Exceeded all my expectations. The doll I received is a true masterpiece, with unparalleled realism and quality. It's clear that they put a lot of care into their products, and I couldn't be happier with my experience.

So we have purchased in the past at least half a dozen $80-120$ dildos. Forgot all of these and just buy once a real cock. It's soooooo much better. Buy quality once. Love the product.

I never imagined that the product would be so lifelike and well-made. RealDoll has truly outdone themselves, and I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. The level of detail is unbelievable, and it's worth every cent.

It is well made and has stood up well however the lips would be better if they were a little softer. All in all though a satisfying product.

They robbed me of almost $1000 by not ever shipping my order or refunding me.
When i tried to chargeback my card, they fabricated proof that they delivered the product and my chargeback was denied.

Ordered 14th August 2023, it's been a year now. They cashed in my order immediatly thaugh. Customer service never answered my emails. I managed to get an answer via the chat on their website about three months ago, saying they were sorry and would send the order before the end of the month. No news since.

Please do not make any purchases from this company. They are giving expected delivery times that are not factual at all. I have been waiting for 1 year now I purchased August 2023 and still haven't received anything. I sent numerous numbers of emails and it takes them a while to reply. So far I've sent 2 more emails this last month and have yet to hear anything from them. I don't know if the company is struggling but for the price they are charging no one should have to go through this. It's at the point where they need to just send everyone their money back and go back to the building board and figure out how they can keep up with the demand to avoid this from happening

Wow, I wish I read all the reviews before purchasing! I purchased jones May 24 and it's still in ordered status, and don't think i'll ever get it

They should be honest on their Website.
Website says 4-6 weeks.
I am over 2 months waiting.
After contacting them, they send me an email saying it may be
"another 6 Months!"
So much dishonest out there and misleading information when you order.
Had I known, I would not have purchased and had them charge my card if it would take a Total of over 8 months to get it.
I will NOT be doing business with them in the future.

Placed an order for the Dirk in December 2, 2023.
Like all the others, I was told about delays and labor shortage....
I own a business and do understand the real issues post Covis has caused.
I emailed (after several calls and messages) and received a response (now early July 2024!!) from Amaria saying that it should ship in a few months.
So today (8/1/24) I emailed again and received a quick reply saying that would do their best to send it in December. WHAT??!!!
I wrote immediately back saying how this was unacceptable and not what they contractually promised.
Anyways, I have officially requested a refund (via two follow up emails) so I guess we'll see if I ever get my money back.

if I could give a neg. star review on customer service I would. I ordered a real cock in the begging of feb, and the last response was possibly receive it in November. so their 4-6 week delivery is false. I finally gave up with them, and filled a funds return through PayPal. and all of a sudden they responded to me that day, and miraculous my order was ready to ship. So I guess if you threaten to take their money from them, you will receive your order right a way. don't get me wrong I love the product so far, but dealing with this company is a joke. Don't even bother to call the number on the sight, you will not get a response at all. Email you might receive a response 2-3 weeks later. Ill never order from them again, its a good product, but the customer service is terrible, and for that reason I will never do business with them again

Everyone please start a lawsuit against this company let’s stop this company from scamming
