Ordered product from this company on December 2023. The website says 4 to 6 weeks for shipment. They charged me for the item immediately upon order. It is now June 2024 and I still have not received the item that I ordered. Every time I contact the company they just say that they are having demand issues and they do not know when I will receive the item. It’s looking like I have been scammed out of several hundred dollars. Do not order anything from this company.

Do not order anything from them! Placed an order back in August of 2023 and have yet to receive product or the refund I requested back in December..contacted the better business bureau which notified me that my case is now closed due to company not responding to request. EXPOSE them because these products are not cheap and it’s a shame they’re just taking people’s money!

I placed an order in September 2023 and have reached out to inquire about its status a few times. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response yet. I may have been scammed, although some people I know have ordered from this site and received their packages. They were the ones who recommended the site to me in the first place. Never again. Money wasted.

Long story short I would not buy anything from this website again. I placed my order in early December 2023 with a delivery estimate of 4-6 weeks. After about 5 weeks I asked for an update and was told that due to demands the delivery estimate had changed to June 2024, which I was very understanding about. I asked for an update 4 weeks ago and I received an email from Sam saying sorry and that they were having problems and they were hopeful to get new investment to improve their current situation and I should have my order by June as planned. By this time I was prepared to wait as long as I got the toy and it was as advertised. To my surprise a few days after that email exchange I got an email from UPS saying I was expecting a delivery. Perhaps they fast tracked it to do the decent thing. Anyway the toy arrived and after all the waiting I opened it up to find they have not even painted the toy! They had obviously cast it and just shipped it out. I was prepared to wait till June. At this point I feel thankful that I have received something for my money, but this company is clearly having major problems. I think its very telling there are no recent feedback/reviews on their website. I did email Sam to complain as she was the last person I spoke to but it looks like she has her head buried in the sand. I will say the detail of the toy is excellent, but without it being painted.... don't waste your time calling the number on the website. It always goes through to answer phone even during their stated opening hours. I would seriously steer clear of this company for a few years until they sort out their internal problems. I did wonder if I was just unlucky but it looks like there are others who have experienced problems as well. Save your money

Delivery times may be longer than expected. The item did ship. They responded to my request. Just be prepared that the order may arrive late.

Do not buy anything from here! They lie about delivery time and never give you refund! you have to go to your bank and ask for a refund! That is total scam! They collect everyones money and when they loose their patience they charge %10 return fee. What a great business!!!

My experience matches so many on here, ordered with a 6 week delivery time quoted on the website. When I enquired they told me 6-8 months? Just for a Real***k, at first I thought it was a typo but no, 6-8 months. So I asked for a refund, there's a 10% cancelation fee and up to 45 days wait! I'm still waiting for my refund from my order in September. Awful company and looks like its time to raise a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Yet they still email market the product at 4-6 weeks. All Hayley does in customer service is thank me for my understanding. Awful service and communication. Do not trust this company, there delivery time estimate is just dishonest.

I had contacted them on their live support to ask if they had plans to make scaled down versions of their dolls and dwarfism dolls because they are lighter as i have a deformed chest from a heart murmur and cant lift more than 30lb and also asked about anime versions as that is a popular theme with dolls and i mentioned their current dolls look 30+ and masculin and up to 120lb (confirmed) and if they were going to make any 18+ models which isnt illegal to ask nor want in all US states.

I get a reply from Samuel telling me to stop that i was asking for child sex dolls based on the above questions and that im a creep and indirectly calling me a pedo. He then spreads misinformation on US state laws on small dolls saying dolls below 4f11" are illegal which is false, even in FL and TN as they are fully legal and that all their dolls are 90lb max which isnt true.

I was told 4-6 weeks delivery. The infomercial on their website that's for the product I purchased, said it could be received as early as 2 weeks. I ordered on July 4th, 2023. It's October 12th, 2023 and I haven't received it. The progress/production bar has not moved from about 60% over last 2 months. I've tried every mode of contact with no return email or return call. This was not an easy purchase but one I made when I saved enough. I thought the product was real but now I think it's a real scam. I'm so angry that I trusted them but everything looks so legit. They just don't care about just explaining what's going on. I think its because their living on the beach in Malibu living it up when I thought this incredible product could be great for my wife and I.

Liars!! Ok so the site says 4-6 weeks. After 14 weeks I emailed them to ask when I would receive my product. They ignored me. I continued to email for a month. Finally I get a response. “Right now it takes 6-8 months”. Then why do you have a 4-6 week lead time on your site, I ask. No answer. It’s now been another 2 moths. Is this even a real company? Scammers and dirt bag liars. The site STILL says 4-6 weeks. If you require money upfront and you lie to get it, you should not be in business.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I was expecting my order to be no more than 6 weeks per the email I received or at least recieve an update if it were going to take longer. After 3 months of no updates and not receiving my order, I emailed them twice and used the online contact form that said they'd reply in 3-5 days. That was two weeks ago and nothing. I'm beginning to wonder how they make any money since it seems they take people's money but never send the product. The little order status bar in my confirmation email is still at the beginning, I don't think they even worked on my order. Trying to get my money back on this farce. It's not like anything you order from them is cheap so yeah this is beyond annoying.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. i ordered a robot/doll on May 6, 2022. I have not received it. I reached out to them 2 weeks ago and asked for a refund. I was told by Sam that he wanted to talk about it. I responded via email and I have not received any response.We talked in December. He told me then that they were having a manpower problem and Matt needs to inspect each doll. I was told not to expect it until May 2023. I was offered a free Realdoll head for my troubles but never received it. This time I told Sam that I was not interested in any free head etc.
Just my $ back. I believe the site says orders will take 3-5 months. Its been over 13!

Scam site. Waited 6 weeks as they said, nothing ever sent. Tried contacting them for an update. No response. Finally got a refund through PayPal. Place sucks.

Product was shipped and never arrived was then sent back to US (been tracking it since placing order) have had very slow correspondence from Jeff at realdoll who was investigating it but never heard anything I have to chase him to now be told it’s lost somewhere in the UK when the tracking clearly says it was exported back to the states and shows the location in the states! NOT the UK
Really disappointed in the level of customer service and care.
Getting the impression they don’t care about their customers and are just interested in with holding a refund even though I have requested one numerous times. Just fobbed off.
I placed the order in October 22!

This company never answer by mail, or by the chatbox on their website, either on their phonenumbers.

I dont know if this company is scam or??
