Their pricing is good, but that is the only good thing I can say about them. I’ve tried to connect two properties with them, neither of which were connected on time (one was connected a day late and with the other one I canceled the transfer when they were 3 weeks late). They don’t allow two properties to be connected to the same account, so I needed to use a different email address for the second property (and thus have two accounts). Their customer service is appalling.

The bare problem of this (kind of) energy provider is in 3 words: no customer support. Over a 6-month period I've been overcharged 3-4 times my usual daily electricity consumption with no support at all and no option given to solve the problem. Even worse, I was charged enormous amounts in billing with total absence of empathy or understanding. While the origin of the problem hasn't been cleared, my only advice is "just don't pick them": the incentive on rates isn't worth it. You will end up paying inconsistent sums without any explanation (metering estimation sucks!). Stick with a more popular option, at least you know where you're going. Not with ReAmped. Run.

Cheap and good. Option to send in your own reading before the bill comes in, unlike the other big ones. Also cheaper than the new retail/wholesale startups that claim to save you money.
