Screen Scaling/Resolution
I had a problem and couldn't remember how to solve it. On contacting Reapit Support, I was put through to Farhia Qarrey who was very responsive and solved the issue within moments. She was friendly, polite, professional and knew what she was doing. Great service. Thank you.
Excellent software
We've been using Reapit for several years now and have found their software to be incredibly reliable and efficient. As a property management tool, it provides all the features we need to streamline our business operations, from managing listings to client communications and reporting. The system is user-friendly, and its robust functionality has significantly improved our workflow.
What sets Reapit apart is their excellent customer service. Their support team is responsive, knowledgeable and always willing to help resolve any queries or issues promptly. Gas Safety organiser missing some properties

Moved from Jupix to reapit wish we didn’t
Moved from Jupix to reapit, we went from 2 Jupix systems to reapit, initially said they knew but they had no clue at all o how we wanted it all set up,
The merge duplicated allot of our data,
set up my agency thankfully checked before it went live to our landlords and clients as it showed the wrong people the wrong thing. Thankfully we checked it before it went live.
support initially was good but it’s really failed us, tried lots to sort things through our account manager Alex has failed, support just runs us around in circles all the time with no direct answer, sms speedway a total waste of time and money
Gurpeeat has been amazing the only person that understood but feel like he was restricted by the constraints of the systems processes
Feel really failed by them but it’s only been 4 months and we have landlords planting to leave
Want to go back to Jupix at least things worked there and landlords were not confused by the statements
Anyone else had these issues or is it too just us ?
If you are looking at a CRM really look about cos I really wish we didn’t go to realit look at the options before moving
Don't be fooled by this company it's all smoke and no communication at all
On sorting out what needs to be done. How do they expect us to run a business while they take literally weeks to deal with anything
Excessive Charges
We subscribe to REAPIT products however in the various buy outs of differing products and companies that REAPIT has undertaken over the past few years we have be overcharged. There responses to rectify the situation have fallen on deaf ears. WATCH EVERY MONTHS INVOICE WITH THIS GROUP.

Very impressed with the swift response to an issue with my PC that could have resulted in being unable to generate vital work. The technician who called was extremely helpful and clear with his advice and help.

Good Product, Woeful Support
We are an estate and letting agent using ReapIT for several years now. Whilst the product is generally good, the support is woefully poor. By way of example:
Yesterday 67 of our data records have been corrupted due to an "upgrade". No call from our Accounts Manager, no apology from Support. Just you'll need to go and "Re-key" these records. You are entrusting all your Customer data in a cloud provider. This isn't the service you would expect.
The same day, coincidentally we request a small template change and Support kindly tell us that will be £80+VAT. We asked to do the charge ourselves as all templates are supposedly able to be edited by the user, the answer was this one is "special". When we asked for the case to be escalated, we're told there is no escalation procedure. Emailed our Accounts Manager (you can guess) no response.
Having said this ReapIT is overall a good product. But expect poor support and extra charges whenever you need anything changed no matter how small.
