A wonderful find by the sea, choice, quality and reasonable prices. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and put you at ease immediately. Their website has all you need or could want without the endless clicking and going round in circles until you cannot remember what you were shopping for! Location is perfect, minutes away from rail station and almost neighbours with Grapetree and Nero coffee, 2 more faves of mine. A lovely day out enhanced by meeting lovely people and obtaining my heart's desire, 'tho less said etc. Thanx to everyone at the store.

We have been visiting Rebecca's Jewellers for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere experiencing 5 star treatment on each occasion. My husband recently bought me a sapphire and diamond cluster ring as a surprise for our wedding anniversary and Rob and his team provided a professional and personal service. The ring required re-sizing and when I attended the shop they were able to re-size in a matter of a couple of hours. I was grateful for this especially as we due to go on a family holiday the day after. Rob and the team really do go above and beyond. Thank You

We came for a walk the day after we got engaged to Southport and ended up here. Amazing friendly service, really attentive and fantastic after sale service.

Visited Southport on a day coach trip on the 09/09/2023 from North Wales- we had visited a few other jewellery shops during the day, and had felt the service was not up to scratch with some shops locking their doors and only allowing one person in at any given time,or they would make assumptions that we were time wasters.and had no time for us... but then we came across Rebecca's jewellery shop we were greeted with very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble and no pushy sales people. We felt at ease with no pressure to buy. My niece who is 17 was very particular in the item of jewellery that she was looking to purchase and she found exactly what she was looking for, and walked away with a Rolex watch bought with some of her inheritance money left to her from her late father's estate , an item of jewellery that she will cherish forever and she will also have very special memories of the day she bought it at Rebecca's...I too purchased a pair of earrings and a Clogau gold pendant and chain ..once again thank you to all the staff that attended to us on the day, we will definitely be back as i want to purchase a Rolex watch too. !!!

Visited the store on Boxing Day and purchased a Rolex for myself. Couldn’t ask for a better service, the customer service is second to none. Will definitely recommend and be back here in the future

We have bought from Rebecca's on many occasions. Our most recent purchase was faulty and broke. The staff were amazing, they sorted it with the manufacturer and kept us posted until the matter was resolved. Top notch service!

My engagement ring and my eternity ring were purchased from Rebecca’s in 1988 & 1991.
They were looking a little dated so I went back to Rebeccas and asked if they could change the shanks to white gold, this was no problem to them and I was really happy with the price.
10 days later and the rings were ready to collect, they look amazing, the service and the friendly staff ( especially the lady) was fantastic from start to finish, I would highly recommend them.

My husband and i purchased a new engagement ring for my birthday at Rebecca’s.
From start to pick up of the ring yesterday we couldn't fault them.
All the staff are kind, friendly and so helpful.

Excellent service today in Rebecca’s. I purchased a pair of diamond earrings & they had a large selection to choose from. The Lady who served me was very friendly & answered any questions that I had. I’m delighted with my earrings & I would highly recommend this shop to everyone.

Revisited Rebecca’s 8/9/22 and received wonderful service. First visited this shop to purchase a ring 16 years ago and we’ve made the trip back from the Isle of Man for several purchases since. Nice to see they maintain their personal touch and make the customer feel special. Very happy with my new ring (a replacement for a lost treasured one) thank you.

My fiancé purchase engagement ring for me which was a little bit too small. After holiday we went back to shop and ask if they can change size. Staff kindly check right size of my finger and hour later I had perfect size beautiful ring. I was so surprised of speed of service. Everyone so friendly and smiling. If you are looking for amazing gift and service who care about clients I really recommend this place.

Excellent service. Went in for an engagement ring and all the staff were great. Seemed genuinely interested and were very attentive. Went in again with my now fiancé to resize the ring and they did it for free! Very happy with the purchase and the service. Thanks again guys!

Came in for a graduation present and the service from Rob and the 2 other men was brilliant. They were all attentive, polite and chatty. There was a huge range of jewellery and i’m very happy with my purchase.

We had a wonderful experience today ! The staff were really welcoming and happy to help ! I returned to the shop about an hour later as I forgot to ask about my watch battery that needed replacing and they were happy to help again and ordered me one in to pick up when I return for my resized ring next week. They also provided help for my boyfriend who wanted some information on cleaning a chain he has. They were more than happy to help with any questions or query's.

I was looking to purchase an expensive rolex watch,but after numerous emails it was clear they didn't have the watch or had sold it,doesnt take a moment to reply stating watch has been sold,glad I didnt hear back as they dont seem professional
