Red Lion Cromer レビュー 

Not sure what has happened to the Red Lion, Cromer but not as good as it used to be. Visited Sunday, our roast dinners were microwave heated, especially noted via the very dark brown tough outer roast potatoes, albeit it was the evening but even so, not good enough. My sister had fish and chips, her fish was wet and certainly overdone. The menu has some weird and not so wonderful choices. I wanted rack of ribs but served with spaghetti, no thanks. Other selections instead to go with spaghetti if wanted. Lasagne salad, was pieces of lasagne strips mixed in a salad. Dessert,…wanted brownie but the add ons put me off. That said hubby had mandarin cheesecake which was the best thing out of four meals. Later that night my sister was unwell. To finish it off at £13 tip charged, then kept the change. Admittedly not a lot and we would have said keep it but it was the principle. It used to be jam packed to the rafters and trying to get a table was often very difficult but not now. Shame as was once our go to place, no more I’m afraid.

We had the most amazing meal here yesterday evening.

Three delicious courses, beautifully cooked and presented, friendly and efficient service and reasonably priced.

And with the benefit of their lovely pub for a drink afterwards and with a huge selection of real ales.

Attended for a pre-booked evening meal. No parking, mediocre food and poor service. Would not recommend

What a brilliant place.Six of us called in for a meal.We had the best experience.The food was really lovely and I can’t praise the staff enough.They were friendly and efficient.We are only in the area for a week but we will go back.Choice of real ales was best we’ve ever seen

Asked Dawn for assistance with 2 x 4 storage cube due to weight and she found a suitable trolley before loading the item and pushing to checkout where Sam was so fast and polite with the sale. Dawn then pushed it to my car and I assisted to load. Top marks to both of them. Found the store to be very clean and tidy, much better than some other branches I have been to. Certainly be visiting again.

went to the Red Lion for a few drinks. Great Customer service and a fantastic choice of real ales and spirits. Dog friendly as well. Loaded fries are great to. The management were awesome and very helpful and the waitresses Daisy and Channel were really professional with service with a lovely smile and good humor and worked well together. It's nice to know the staff care they are a credit to the Red Lion. Thank you kind regards Chris.

On arrival was met by Haley and staff we always have a lovely welcome we had a lovely sea view room food was lovely plenty of all the staff are lovely and friendly also very helpful the parking is great have already booked summer 24 would definitely recommend to others.

Expensive for what it is

Seafood Chowder - very bland and not like I know a Chowder - was very watery. Burger and Fishcake for mains were only OK. Expensive for level of quality/taste.

We went for a family lunch, and chose one of the 'lighter lunch'; smoked haddock, egg, mash concoction. Whilst it was tasty and very well presented - it was very small, with insufficient actual fish. It appeared to be more of a starter size portion than a light lunch.

Accompanying chips were gorgeous. They brought mini muffins as a surprise with our coffees and so that filled us up a bit - nice gesture.

Good atmosphere in the bar area :) and a good seaview from the picture window.
