I placed an order but it wasn't shipped

Outdated and inaccurate Millwright exam preparation material

I purchased the 1,100-question Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) study package, expecting current and reliable Red Seal exam preparation material.

Unfortunately, after reviewing the package, I found numerous problems, including incorrect answer keys, outdated terminology, poorly written questions, missing information, and questions with more than one reasonable answer.

A few examples:

Question 3 marks 384 lb, but the correct hydraulic calculation gives 256 lb.
Question 25 identifies circular pitch as another name for pitch circle diameter, but the correct term is pitch diameter.
Question 64 gives the wrong answer for the two standard milling methods, which are conventional and climb milling.
Several questions continue to use outdated terms such as MSDS instead of the current WHMIS term SDS.
Some calculation questions do not provide essential information, such as material shear strength, yet still provide a supposedly correct numerical answer.
Several safety and maintenance questions depend on the equipment manufacturer, jurisdiction, or specific procedure but are presented as universal facts.

I independently reviewed the full question package and identified many answers requiring correction, along with numerous ambiguous, incomplete, outdated, or context-dependent questions.

This is especially concerning because incorrect answer keys can cause candidates to memorize wrong technical information before an important certification examination.

The package was advertised as containing current, updated questions and answers, but in my experience, the quality and accuracy did not match that description. I contacted the company and requested a refund.

Based on the material I received, I cannot recommend this package for serious Red Seal Millwright exam preparation.

Their practice questions are the same as a few years ago, and the first few hundred pages are not for the 309A exam. The exam will not test you on KCL/KVL. And when I tried to email them, no one replied. There is NON support if you buy something you don't want.

Waste of Money. You could just prompt AI yourself to get BETTER questions and answers...at least those would have the CORRECT answers!

Wrong answers through the whole doc. Useless!
