I had a problem with a flight and the company refused to reimburse me. I was looking for a solution and found Refundmore. I thought it was a scam but it’s really not, 5 months after sending them my request I got some money back today. I’m super happy. Their commission on what they win is BIG but it’s a free service (you don’t pay anything upfront) and when you think you lost your money completely anything back is welcome.

Worked on my case for a while, almost 2 years . Only asked for documents needed from the flight delay. They kept me updated. I would say be patient, and it will eventually happen. Got the money in my account straight away when they got compensation.

I can obviously say that I am satisfied.
Our case won in court, they did it and they will compensate us. The only thing is that they take almost half of the compensation which the airline paid. Fx we were supposed to get 800€ for both cases but they will pay 440€ for both.
I have to say that when you want to open your case, they mentioned this and you accepted that, so it is a law.
Anyway, I'm glad they could help us and I am totally satisfied😊

Good communication and successful claim.
This is the second time I used refundmore, who successfully won the case (again). Would recommend and use again.

Took a long time for the court proceedings to come through, but refundmore stuck with it and got us the money.

managed to get compensation but it took 16 months long. over all, still happy to get the 55% of the total compensation as the refundmore charged 45% of the total compensation.

Great experience, process is clear from the beginning, recurrent communication with clear feedback and follow-up.
Specific case went to court, took months to be solved, but the agreed compensation was received.

Fint at dere ikke gir opp. Men svært irriterende å måtte vente i flere uker fra dere har mottatt oppgjør til jeg mottar oppgjøret. Det siste virker litt uprofesjonelt.

I would like the straight forward process and I did not to spend energy on it.
