After 10.5 months I get an email stating they are closing the case because of their "inability to assist"

Horrific company with zero customer support

Horrific company with zero customer support. Case opened and confirmed as successful, now the only reply I get (to tens of emails) is that the airline company has paid me directly, which is impossible as the booking was done through an agency, and the airline does not have my bank account or card. If it feels like a scam and looks like a scam it is a SCAM. Don't use it, there are better alternatives out there, like SkyCop, or even AirAdvisor.

Great service and positive results

We didn't expect to get anything back to start with and gave up on the case almost a year after we connected Refundmore, as the Airline went through restructing. Refundmore actually followed up on the case and informed us every step of the way. We ended up receving full ticket refund plus compensation. Refundmore wired the funds promptly and we didn't need to handle anything to do with the airline.

ZERO progress after 3 years of back-and-forth...

Nearly 3 years later since we opened our case and they are STILL asking for the same information which we have already provided numerous times.

Communication is extremely poor and we feel like we're just going around in circles, explaining our situation, providing the same details etc OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER again.

I would not be surprised if everytime we engage in communication it is a new person.

Shocking service.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service, Refundmore were able to organise our payment quickly, with great communication and service. Unfortunately we had two cancelled flights within a month with different airlines. We are still awaiting a refund which we applied for with a different company but applied at the same time as we did with refundmore with no issues.

Will use again

It’s the third time I used them now, three times the airline did not want to compensate and three times refundmore was successful. Yes, it may take quite a while until you get a result, but without them, I would have gotten nothing. So yes, would totally recommend and will surly use again.

They do the work

Communication is timely, and you’re always updated.
If they think you have a solid case, they get the job done. You’ll get compensated, even if that’ll take time, in my case it took approximately 6 months.

Failed.

Poor communication and kinda felt, I am at dark. Took too much time to let me know that they were unable to get any compensation whether monetary or any special package fro the airline. The point is if they assessed my case is not a solid win as the flight was delayed by the order of ATC then why take so much time? This means refundmore is an unexperienced practitioner in this line.

At Refundmore, we always act in accordance with EU regulations and thoroughly investigate each case to determine whether a passenger is legally entitled to compensation. In your situation, the delay was caused by extraordinary circumstances — specifically air traffic control (ATC) restrictions — which are beyond the airline's control. According to EU law, the airline is not obliged to pay compensation in such cases, and unfortunately, this limited what we were able to achieve, despite our efforts.

We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we regret that we could not deliver a more favorable outcome.

Factually incorrect information scam company

I have had a claim with this company since 2023, and have provided them all the evidence. I was recently advised it had a high success of winning in court and was asked if I agreed to court proceedings, which I did.

Then out of the blue I received and email saying, 'case closed'. The reason given is because the doors opened and closed within 3 hours, therefore no delay.

What legal experts are they using? The flight was cancelled completely, no doors ever opened or closed, there was no plane, and I was given 3 hours notice that it was cancelled.

What a scam company and thoroughly incompetent.

Needless to say I've emailed them and they haven't bothered to reply.
