- The hosting plan you used was **discontinued over a year ago**, and multiple emails were sent — including **one month before suspension** — informing you that renewal would require upgrading to a new plan with updated pricing and improved resources.
- Your service was suspended due to non-payment. In line with our policy, we allow a **3-day grace period** for renewal after suspension. While our Terms of Service mention termination rights, we extended this grace period to **10 days** to be more flexible.
- The invoice showing a very large amount ($99,999,999) was **not a real charge** — this was a placeholder due to the plan being discontinued. It was not intended for payment and was clearly not a legitimate invoice.
- You were given the option to order a new plan using the same domain, which could have made backup recovery possible through cPanel, but this offer was declined.
- Our support team acted within policy and with courtesy at all times, despite threats of fake reviews.

Please allow us to clarify: our abuse detection system is designed to identify outgoing malicious activity (such as port scanning, DDoS, or brute-force attempts) from VPS instances. It operates consistently across all locations and is not specific to any region.

If your service was suspended, it was due to alerts from our monitoring system that indicated behavior matching known abusive patterns. That said, we always allow customers to appeal any suspension by providing technical justifications or requesting a review — and we do evaluate each case individually.

Regarding refunds: if a service is suspended due to confirmed abuse, our terms do not allow for refunds. However, we’re more than willing to re-investigate your specific case if you reach out with detailed technical logs or evidence.

We take false accusations seriously, and while we understand frustration, we respectfully ask that customers avoid using the term “scam” when policies and automated systems are being followed transparently.

Thank you for your feedback. However, we would like to clarify a few points to address the inaccuracies in your review.

Service Termination Policy:
As per our policies, customers are notified five times before any service is terminated. In your case, these notifications were sent over 7 days, and your service was terminated only after the final warning email. Our policy clearly states that services not renewed within 24-48 hours after expiration are subject to termination, with no guarantee of data recovery. We even extended the grace period during the New Year holidays to accommodate our customers.

Payment and Refund:
The invoice for your service was paid 3 days after the termination, which was 10 days after the initial due date. By this time, the service had already been permanently terminated, and data could not be recovered. Despite this, we refunded the payment to your account as a credit balance to help resolve the issue. We maintain a 7-day money-back guarantee for new purchases, which is honored without question. However, refunds after the grace period are not eligible under our policy. Issuing the credit balance was an exception made to support you.

Inaccuracies in the Review:
The claim that we took your payment and refused a refund is incorrect. Your payment was refunded as a credit balance in your REGXA account. Furthermore, the suggestion that we terminated the service before payment was made is false; the service was terminated after the grace period due to non-renewal.

At REGXA, we are committed to helping our customers and providing reliable service. We regret any inconvenience caused but stand by our policies, which are designed to ensure fair and transparent operations.

Support Provided:
You did not raise a ticket regarding your issue. Instead, our team dedicated hours to assisting you directly via live chat, going beyond the scope of unmanaged VPS services. We pride ourselves on helping all our customers, even in situations where their technical knowledge may not align with the complexities of managing an unmanaged server.

Service Functionality:
The server you received was fully functional. The claim that our team suggested "waiting for another customer to renew their server" to allocate space is completely false. This is not only unprofessional but also something REGXA would never do.

Refund Policy:
Contrary to your assertion, we refunded your payment upon request. We are transparent about our policies, and if a customer is dissatisfied, we always work to resolve the issue, including offering refunds where applicable. Moreover, PayPal, as a trusted partner and payment processor, would never associate with any business they suspect of fraudulent practices.

Unmanaged Services:
It’s essential to note that our VPS services are unmanaged. This means the responsibility for managing the server lies with the customer. Despite this, we provided significant support to guide you through the process.

Your review misrepresents the situation, which is disappointing given the effort our team invested in helping you.
