Bought a VPS with location in Singapore. Was assigned a VPS in India instead w/o notification. Only until i followed up on a query about the terrible connection then did I realize the ip assignment was in India

Its the worst site u can buy host or server .. don’t believe so try it :)) they block or change your server by them self… change your io when ever they want .. many times server off .. respond you so late and totally is garbage .. i recommended buy from data centers directly not this amateur garbage sites !

Paid for a Canadian VPS logged in once. left for a few hours and my server was suspended for the reason of: ATTACKING. The exact response support gave to me, I would not be coming back to this scam service.

Waste of money. Every day server down 3-4hours. I purchased there service nearly 15days ago but since then there service every day down. I also open ticket but there no permanent solution. Stay away from them

I bought VPS in UK and after receiving my VPS I noticed the main IP address they assigned was not clean and was not accessible in my target region. I request for IP change and they asked me to top up my account for this service . When I charged my account, the said sorry we are out of stock and didn't provide me any service.
When I asked to refund my money they said we can't refund your money!!!

Miserable is little smaller word for them.
I am a reseller and listed their Iraq based vps for my clients. One of my client order an Iraq VPS, when i landed on their website to place order, that plan was missing. i started a conversation in chat box, i was asked to open a ticket where they may help me for placing new order. Just after 5 minutes, what happened was totally not imaginable. They, instead of placing order for me, simply deleted the 1 active vps, i had with them before. I was surprised, i asked them why did they do that. Why instead of creating new order for me, you deleted the already active server. They replied that they have decided to sell only high specification but not lower specification and they have decided to delete servers with low specification, they also told that they were mistakenly provisioned my active server with them though i placed order from their website. (Nothing such was mentioned in their Terms and Conditions)
I warned everyone to keep away from them but if you want a full distraction at any unknown point, go buy their services.

Worthest servise, cheating. Sent money to them for buy plan 15usd, then they told after recived money it is nota availeble. No refund this is scam service.

be careful with the 7 days money back policy. i bought with usdt wallet but they don't refund back to my usdt wallet, but they refund into regxa account balance. it's really different with other providers, this is the same as holding your balance so that it can't leave the system.

My Paypal account got hacked and someone bought their product in the store, I wrote to tech support to get my money back and they refused, tricked me into thinking it was expired, LOL, just crooks

price is so deceptively low that I thought they were cheap so they must be bad but after using their service, I must say I was proven wrong, their service is top notch, the best thing I love about them is their server performance.

They only offer refunds for 7 days for sure this 7 days they give u best performance but after that it get worse and worse DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY 💵

It is one of the most stupid websites that provide virtual servers that neither have the knowledge to solve problems, nor do their virtual servers have interesting quality.

I bought an rdp and in less than a month it disconnected more than 5 times and support center asked me to format my windows! the sole reason why someone would buy an RDP is for storing files and keep things running 24/7. 0 out of 10.
