STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND FROM A CANCELLED TRANSACTION FROM THE 23RD OF AUGUST. EMAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES, THEY COME BACK WITH DO NOT REPLY TO OUR EMAIL. CHATTED 3 TIMES AND BEEN TOLD TO WAIT FOR 48 HOURS THEN CHAT AGAIN WAIT FOR 72 HOURS AFTER SENDING BANK STATEMENT COPY OF PAYMENT TO THEMSELVES AND WOULD BE HIGH PRIORITY. THEN CHATTED AGAIN 3RD TIME TOLD TO WAIT ANOTHER 42 HOURS AND WOULD BE OF UTTERMOST HIGH PRIORITY. STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND OF £501.99 TO PAY OUR OTHER BILLS
Refund received several weeks later with a good will gesture of £150 in credit
