Hello Steven,

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, but we’d like to clarify a few key points for transparency:

You placed your order with an incorrect shipping address, due to autofill, as you mentioned.

You later updated the address on your customer account, but not on the order itself, which was already being processed and shipped.

The parcel was sent to the exact address provided at checkout which cannot be changed once it’s in transit.

We promptly sent you real-time tracking links, which showed that the parcel was delivered to pickup point.

Your order included shipping protection (via SEEL), which you selected during checkout. This service allows for a fast refund or reshipment in such situations. You chose not to use it.

Instead, you filed a credit card dispute, which froze the process on our side and added more delay. We still worked through it until resolution.

Ultimately, you recovered the package yourself, as you said, with a 400-mile round trip.

Regarding the installation guide: we only requested a photo of the setup to confirm the correct part before sending you the right instructions, a standard procedure we follow to avoid sending incorrect guides.

We’re sorry your frustration turned into hostility, but we remain committed to respectful and transparent support, as reflected in the vast majority of our reviews.

Nous sommes surpris et déçus par votre avis, qui ne reflète ni la réalité de votre commande ni la qualité des échanges que nous avons eus.

Voici les faits :

Votre commande date du 11 novembre 2024.
Vous nous avez contactés près de six mois plus tard, les chicanes présentent des traces de chauffe intenses ce qui tout à faire normal pour une chicane.

Le produit étant usé par l'utilisation intensive et fissuré par une mauvaise installation, nous ne pouvons pas accepter un retour.

Malgré cela, et en dehors de toute obligation légale, nous vous avons proposé un remplacement à tarif préférentiel.

Vous avez refusé toute solution, puis choisi de publier un avis accusatoire et trompeur, omettant délibérément tous ces éléments.

Nous comprenons qu’un produit puisse ne pas convenir, mais nous attendons en retour un minimum d’honnêteté et de respect dans l’échange.

Notre équipe reste disponible pour toute personne souhaitant un dialogue constructif. Nous continuerons à agir avec sérieux, comme le montrent les centaines d’avis positifs de nos clients.

Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass Sie mit Ihrer Erfahrung nicht zufrieden waren.
Wir möchten jedoch einige Punkte klarstellen:

Die Sitzbank wurde zweimal nachgebessert, um auf Ihre Wünsche einzugehen – jeweils auf unsere Kosten.

Die Versandkosten für die Rücksendung wurden laut unseren AGBs bei individuellen Produkten nicht übernommen, und Sie wurden im Vorfeld darüber informiert.

Unsere Sättel werden von Hand gefertigt, und es kann bei Einzelanfertigungen zu kleinen Abweichungen kommen. In den allermeisten Fällen sind unsere Kunden mit der Verarbeitung sehr zufrieden, wie unsere Bewertungen zeigen.

Wir bedauern aufrichtig, dass es in Ihrem Fall nicht gepasst hat, und wünschen Ihnen dennoch viel Erfolg mit Ihrem Umbauprojekt.

Contrairement à ce que vous affirmez, nos produits sont soigneusement sélectionnés, et nous apportons une réelle valeur ajoutée à nos clients grâce à notre expertise, nos contrôles qualité, et notre service après-vente.

Nous sommes spécialistes de personnalisation depuis plus de 7 ans, nous développons également nos propres produits sont la marque REM.

Comparer nos produits à ceux sur Aliexpress démontre une méconnaissance flagrante de ce que nous offrons.
Chez Remmotorcycle, nous proposons des produits prêts à être utilisés, accompagnés d’un service et d’une assistance que vous ne trouverez pas ailleurs.

Si vous trouvez une copie similaire à moindre coût, libre à vous d'acheter ailleurs. Mais publier des accusations gratuites et infondées ne fait que refléter un manque de respect pour le travail que nous accomplissons pour satisfaire notre communauté.
