Lot of response which was rather overwhelming. I just wanted a rough estimate for a preliminary enquiry. I appreciate the responders wanted the job and to exclude the others. I have noted some of the least "pushy" and will return later. I appreciated the spread of response, you have good coverage.

It was really simple, the website itself is very easy to use, it's got comprehensive reviews so i had a good ideai of what i was signing up for, and it took all the stress out of having to find a company we liked.

There needs to be a control on many numerous phone calls and emails that make it very difficult to consider who we should invite to tender, let alone offer the job. Even to the point where we have an email saying we will call round on a certain date without any invitaion from us to do so. All in all, we will be cautious about using this from of search in future.

We have heard back from two of the companies recommended via the Removals Index so far (I had contacted some previously already) - AnyVan and a local removals company - it was really useful to get not only additional quotes, but the option of a range of different services offered by each, to help us decide on who to go with, and to have backup in case we ever needed a Plan B.

Its easy having one place to fit all the information and than shared with loads of companies. It save time to be completing a lot of forms and we dont need to get in touch with all of them, just wait them to contact you!
