I love the Remus men’s clothing! I was experiencing a delivery issue due to my post code not being recognised on the website. I contacted customer services by email and received a response from Fiona in less than an hour and the issue was resolved and the order placed within 2 hours! Remus Uomo suits are a class apart. Stylish and elegant, yet affordable for such a high end product. Their staff are helpful and friendly. Special mention to Fiona in their Customer Service Department who was a pleasure to deal with.

I love the brand but sometimes the delivery process goes wrong but the customer service team always gets to the bottom of the issue and they always follow up with their customer support. I am delighted with the Reno’s Oumo brand and service team

I was in search of a specific tie and handkerchief set for our wedding that had been recently discontinued. After contacting customer services, they were extremely helpful in locating one for me from one of their stockists and then posted it out to me once they had received back into their stock.

I had a problem with a rivet on my jeans. The customer service was excellent - friendly staff, kept me updated, extremely helpful and got it sorted for me quicker than I expected. I was impressed and want to give credit where it is due.

I used to be a regular customer of Remus when I lived in Nottingham but moving to South Wales finished my connection with the brand. Some years later I saw them on Facebook and thought I'd renew the connection. Being unsure if it was still as good as I remembered, I just put in an order for a couple of T Shirts. And I was delighted on receipt to find that it is still a very good mens clothing supplier
Perhaps even better because of the slick mail order delivery.The packaging and presentation was of the same high quality as the goods
