Based on the reviews here, I was dreading it but to my surprise it was a pain free experience, the two workers I dealt with were pleasant and accommodating, I have no complaints at all. Good work

And when i enquired about the delivery time three days after order was told to wait for a text. After five phone calls and a week after ordering, told it was sent by road. Called the next day, no record of the order. Arrogant, and useless business.

Issue 2 :CODE checker, downloader to my lap top, as of instructions and the CODE checker caused power serge and laptop uneconomical repair .They have ignored my complaint.

I went to buy ONE thing
I went to buy ONE thing, the store online says it closes at 5:30 so i drove out of my way to go to this one (in grey lynn), only to arrive at 5:10 to have a lady come out yelling at me "we're done! Nope! come back tomorrow open until 7pm". That is very disrespectful to me as a customer, as well as the establishment when your shop worker is closing the store 20 minutes ahead of time. Get your shit together Repco.
It shouldn't be called Repco anymore
It shouldn't be called Repco anymore. Its just a shop that sells cheap tools, crappy Chinese parts, fluffy dice and car polish. O' yes, also oils etc at a higher price than anywhere else.
Online shopping is hit & miss too. Advertised available parts are quite often out of stock. Except for their sales they are always the most expensive too.
I no longer shop there unless it is unavoidable. They didn't even have 8mm & 10mm fuel line the other day & the pimply faced EX MacDonald's worker knew nothing about cars & how they run. But she could replace my wiper blades. She couldn't even operate the PC to look up an oil filter. Also, if they have to order in something for you that is out of stock YOU have to pay the shipping fee. Back in the day you could get almost any part instantly or within 12 to 24 hours, but now 99% of the time you will need to get most parts for cars older than 5 years from somewhere else. I loath shopping at Repco.

Very poor service & highly overpricedâŠ
Very poor service & highly overpriced products. The online parts portal is very inaccurate and it took me three attempts to get the correct brake pads purchased. In the end the correct brake pad was not even listed as "fits your vehicle" on their system.

Very rare today to find good customer service. today i visited Repco in Sunshine pick up some stop leak for my aging HiLux. I couldn't find what i wanted and enquired with the shop assistant packing the shelves. I must say that Naim went above and beyond to find the product i wanted as the computed advised that there were 13 items in stock. Naim scoured the shelves and eventually found what i was after. Thank you Naim

TOTAL CONFUSION
In my case I received my order on time, just. My issue is the large amount of my time it took trying to get answers for why the website said one thing and the store person said another thing totally opposed to the confirmation sales email I received. I was told I would get answers yesterday, as that never happened I wright this to show others Repco talk the talk but can't walk. At just after 10:00 AM I placed and payed for a same day delivery order. At 10:20 AM I received an email confirming my order and delivery for same day. The order cut off for same day is 1:00 PM so at 3:30 PM having not received the obligatory on for delivery email I rang the store. I was told that they do not deliver and that my order would be placed on a Terrible transport Company (Team Global Express) who refuse to deliver here and they would have taken my order further away to their depot expecting me to pick it up. I explained on the phone that was NOT DELIVERY and certainly NOT SAME DAY. I told of my confirmation email and was told someone would ring me back. As Repco close at 5:00 PM I was concerned. I finally got a call at around 4:30 PM asking If I still wanted my order delivered and I said YES! A pleasant enough person finally delivered my order. I asked why all the confusion, they took my details and said that as it was Friday the Manager was away and promised the Manager would contact me Monday on their return. Monday was Yesterday and NOTHING. Repco are now sending me Spam advertising but if I order anything will I get the same run around and Stupidity? If I wanted to drive to town I would NOT ORDER ONLINE.

Your Spotify adds make me want to rip my ear off and burn down every Repco on the Gold Coast. I have absolutely no idea why your marketing team thought that it was a good idea. Fire them all and remove the ads, please, I am begging you.
Consistently poor service from Bankstown store
Consistently poor service. A 'Click and Collect' order was placed with the Bankstown store and no communication was received for 5 days. An email to Repco service was responded with a suggestion to ring the store (what service?). At 4.53pm, I rang the store and was immediately put on hold. At 5.00pm, the phone started ringing but rang out as it was closing time. Appalling - as if the staff don't really care about their work or customer service.
This was not the only time with poor service from the Bankstown store - several previous delivery orders did not take place until disputes about the payment were raised. Appalling.

Repco Enoggera was great
Repco Enoggera was great, I believe the sales personâs name was Carly. She took the time to help sort out hoses and pipes for my friendâs car. She went back and forth to find the size that we needed to fix up his car. She went above and beyond to help us sort out our problems.

I was going to make a fast trip to Repco to pick up an auto part, but I ended up feeling a little annoyed asked for assistance, and the staff didn't seem to know. If they were new, there wouldn't have been any drama, but it would have been really beneficial to put in a little work. Even though I provided all the correct information, the part I grabbed didn't even fit correctly.All in all the entire process was a bit disappointing
Good organisation let down by some products
Generally Repco has always been good with products and good with customer service but due to market pressures they have resorted to cheaper quality products in some categories. Our 12v compressor died soon after warranty, the metal inside it actually broke apart. NZ needs a good quality auto parts and accessories provider, Repco could easily get back to that level because they still have a reputable name.
Repco is the biggest ripoff!!!
This place is the biggest ripoff in New Zealand. I brought a steering rack through them and they charged me $200 more then if i got it imported from the supplier they get it from. I will never buy items from them ever again..and i suggest no one else does...this franchise needs to be exited from New Zealand, we dont need money hungry suppliers like them..
