Everything we get in is thoroughly tested and graded in our in-house Samsung service centre before sale. If we do find a fault, we only ever use genuine parts so you can be assured whatever you buy from us, it works just like the manufacturer intended. We are so confident you will be happy with your purchase that we offer a 12 month warranty as standard. Ordered some bluetooth Samsung earphones. The ones arrived were used with chips to the case. The accessories were incomplete and sweat marks around the buds. Saying that the staff were excellent and sorted it out immediately with a replacement out for the next day.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S3

Best price I could find. Reasonable delivery time. Could have improved by providing tracking info without being asked, and then it didn't work! However, customer relations overcame problem via emails.

Quality rated products

Known good product, low prices, fast service. One snag, for the first time ever on a supplier's site, my anti-virus thinks both Digiland and Dio are viruses so I can only order if I temporarily kill it.

The headphones I received was not working.I wanted to surprise my brother's by gifting it to them but how can I have some faulty stuff to my bros?big shame for me.
