Timewasters - Contacted us over our advert on AutoTrader, stated there are no fees, no haggling and under the impression they would meet the market value of the car - or at least inspect it to confirm the condition matched the description. Sounds good so far. They said they'd phone back the next day.

They called my partner to state collection would be next week, however that their offer was £2500 less than the listed price (and actually £3500 less than the market value of the vehicle). An absolutely derisory and disgusting offer.

Perhaps if you used a bit of common sense you'd know that the offer made was over £1000 less than the lowest trade in value we've had, and £2000 less than the highest offer we've had so far from another garage on trade in. People who go to sell their cars on AutoTrader aren't going to accept trade in prices - if they were they'd go to a garage and trade it in instead for no cost to themselves.

These lot are chancers hoping to catch people out that don't know the value of their property. A total waste of time.

Use Motorway or Carwow if you plan to sell your car quickly as Revilo will undercut your price significantly.

Genuinely helpful buyer. Very patient and understanding of my position as the seller. Not in any way ‘pushy’ and so felt very comfortable with the whole process. Very professional team.

Grant and then Lewis were patient, polite and friendly. Great customer service, I had a couple of issues with the car but the team took it in their stride, waited patiently and when I was ready they proceeded with no attempt to lower the price. I would definitely use Revilo again.

Revilo has great employees. From the first contact (Aleesha) to the last one (Lewis), all of them were really polite, they had clear and honest communication managing to explain all the details and steps which made me feel confident about this negotiation. The amount previously negotiated was quickly sent to my account and the remaining financed account was dealt by them. I didn't have to do much.
The person sent to evaluate the car (Alex) was really young but very detailed orientated and very polite as well, answering all my inquiries and explaining to me whatever I wanted to know about what he was doing.
That situation was very different from other companies: they didn't try to push the car's price down - which is sort of a standard behaviour, and that made me really happy because I didn't have to hold any discussion and new negotiations.
I deffo recommend Revilo and if I ever need to sell a car again they will be the chosen company to assist me with.

Revilo did exactly what they said they would do. I was "responsibly suspicious" as I had been approached by Revilo but I have to say they are great. I negotiated a price with Alex over the phone (£22,650)for my BMW X3, based on an Autotrader advert I had up.
Then Rob turned up on the day, was extremely professional and there was no quibble. Money in my account. Car gone.
Good company.

Had a call from Jenson about my Audi A5 convertible. He was very polite and explained what Revilo Automotive could do to purchase my vehicle. He sent me the link to their website telling me all about the company which assured me this was no scam. From that point I can only say how professional the staff were. We agreed a price which I was very happy with and documents sent via email to sign. After sending copies of documents requested by Jenson, Revilo sent a deposit to secure the sale of the car. Another call from Lewis explained the process of transferring the car to Revilo and made arrangements to collect the car. The car was collected on the date agreed, payment was made in full, and the keys handed over. I really can recommend this company and they don't charge any administratiion fees either! It was a pleasure doing business them.

I recently sold my car to Fraser Cameron at Revilo Automotive, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

From the very beginning, Fraser was incredibly patient, professional and knowledgeable. At no point did I feel under any pressure to make a decision. In fact, he encouraged me to do my own research and carefully consider all my options, including other buyers. His advice was balanced, honest and backed by years of industry experience, which gave me real confidence in making the right decision.

Throughout the process, Fraser kept me updated, explained everything clearly and delivered exactly what he promised. The whole transaction was transparent, straightforward and completely stress-free.

A special mention also to Rob, who collected the car. He was a genuinely great guy—friendly, open and honest—and took the time to guide me through the inspection and handover process without making it feel rushed or uncomfortable. He was a real credit to the business.

Seems this companies' reviews recently are spiralling downwards. My experience was pretty reasonable until the collection day/payment where they went back on what they said would occur, which would be that the company picking up the vehicle would only collect the keys, service history and V5C and not be asked to revaluate the condition. This was a lie, they went back and forth asking quite a lot of questions, everything was fine until they decided to pull the deal due to some paintwork. No reduction in offer was made, complete waste of my time which I had to take away from my job. Even the company collecting said this was much more intense than any other pickup as they usually only ask for 5 or so pictures. You may but may not end up selling your car to them as they appear, to me at least, to be unreliable in the industry.

Firstly I will say the communications were all courteous, informative and very upfront. However... the purpose being to sell my car, they claim "You can look forward to saving literally £000’s, with a valuation that genuinely reflects your vehicle, in particular its options and specification" ... ummm no. Never mind the asking price, they offered me £1500 below the listed trade price (car is in great condition), and £1350 LESS than "webuyanycar" assessed value - definitely not "a refreshing change" but more akin to those dealers that we all know the stereotype for.

This company preys on the needy

Selling my car via auto trader and I got a call from Fraser at Revilo. I was naturally cagey at first as I was worried about scam calls. But a quick check on their website put me at ease, as did the info I received from Fraser.
I was offered a very decent price from Fraser.
I would have taken it but I shortly after received a slightly better offer via a private sale which I accepted.

Sorry to say Fraser didn’t get the sale, but these things happen. I’d definitely consider Revilo whenever I need to sell my car in future!!

Fraser Cameron was excellent from start to finish of the whole transaction.
After several phone conversations we agreed a fair price for my car.
Communication was excellent and Fraser was also very helpful with advice regarding my search and subsequent purchase of another vehicle. This was nothing to do with the sale of my car to Revilo but he was more than happy to spend time and pass on some good tips and knowledge.
Collection of the car was arranged promptly and the whole transaction was straightforward.
The funds were transferred immediately.

Great experience selling my car to Fraser Cameron at Revilo Automotive - good price, very straightforward to deal with, very efficient, and all lthe people I dealt with were great.

I was selling my Audi TT when I was contacted by Tracey who was clear and concise with who Revilo were and questions she had on the car. She gave me all the information I needed and we were able to come to an agreement on price.
A guy called Andy came to inspect the car and within an hour, the funds were in my bank account and the car was driven away,

A time wasting charlatan called Fraser rang me uninvited. This company shuld be called vilo not revilo. Avoid.
