We certainly understand this is frustrating, especially given the amount involved and the time that has passed.

Please note that blocked card cases cannot be processed automatically. Each affected card must be reviewed and handled individually, which involves manual verification and coordination with the issuer's backend systems. As a result, the resolution times can vary.

To ensure your case is properly investigated and escalated, please reach out to us again directly at support@rewarble.com with your account email and the last 4 digits of the blocked card. We will review your case and provide you with the next steps.

Nous comprenons votre confusion concernant le solde requis. La carte QPay Mastercard nécessite en réalité un chargement initial minimum de 20 $, auquel s'ajoutent des frais de création de carte de 1,49 $ + 4,9 % du montant chargé, soit un total d'environ 22,47 $. Votre solde actuel de 20 $ ne couvre donc pas les frais supplémentaires nécessaires à la création de la carte.

Pour procéder, nous vous invitons à recharger votre solde afin d'atteindre au moins 22,47 $ et à réessayer.
