Pour être clair : Rewarble est une plateforme légitime. Nous ne sommes pas affiliés aux revendeurs tiers, et nous ne contrôlons pas la manière dont les codes y sont vendus ni par qui.

We're really sorry to read about your experience and we hear the frustration in your message. To be very clear: Rewarble has not taken any credit from your card. When a card is blocked by the issuer's security system, the remaining balance is not lost, it goes through a manual review and is returned to your Rewarble account once that review is finalized.

We also want to address the ticket submission issue. If our form is not letting you through, that is a problem on our side and not a sign that you're being ignored. You can reach us directly by email instead.

Please send us a message at support@rewarble.com with your account email and the last 4 digits of the affected card. We'll look into the declines, the block, and the remaining balance, and come back to you with a clear update.

We're really sorry to read about your experience. Being out of touch on a blocked card holding $5,010, well past the 21 business day window you were originally given, is a serious situation and we fully understand why you're upset.

We'd also like to mention that we have requested additional information from you in order to move your case forward, an email regarding this should already be in your inbox (please also check your spam folder). Once you reply with the requested details, we can proceed with the next steps.

For transparency on the process: blocked card refunds are now handled manually by the card issuer, as bulk processing has been disabled. Each case is reviewed one by one, and in some cases our system does not give us visibility on the exact refund amount until the card issuer finalizes their review. None of that justifies leaving you without updates, and we will make sure to handle your case once we receive more information on the email sent.

We're truly sorry to read about your experience, and we completely understand how stressful this is, especially with around $440 involved and limited clarity on the exact refund amount. We take this kind of feedback seriously.

We also hear you on the "card issuer partner" point. While the manual review on the issuer's side is a real constraint (bulk handling has been disabled, so each blocked card has to be reviewed one by one), that should never come across as us passing the responsibility. The accountability for getting you a clear answer sits with us. We should also be transparent: in some blocked card cases, our system does not allow us to verify the exact refund amount ourselves, as only the card issuer has the visibility to confirm the final figure once their review is complete. That's a limitation we have to work within, but it doesn't change the fact that you deserve clear updates from us as soon as we have them.

Please send us an email at support@rewarble.com with your account email and the last 4 digits of the blocked card, and we'll pull up your case, and come back to you with all the information we can access plus a realistic timeline.

We completely understand how worrying it is to see a crypto withdrawal stuck pending for so long.

Crypto payouts are usually processed within a few business days, but in some cases they can be delayed due to network congestion or an additional review on the issuer's side.

A week without an update is definitely not the experience we want you to have, and Rewarble is absolutely a legitimate platform. We'd really like to track down your specific transaction.
