I honestly don't know where to begin. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had.
I tried to make a purchase, but the website told me that my payment had been **declined**. Since it clearly said the payment didn't go through, I tried again because I still wanted to complete my purchase. Later, I found out that I had actually been **charged twice** for the exact same order. 🤦♂️
What makes this even worse is that **I didn't receive any of the items I paid for.** Even after being charged, nothing was delivered to my account. So not only was I charged twice, but I also ended up with **nothing**. 💳❌📦
This is completely unacceptable. A payment system should never tell customers that a payment has been declined if it is still going to charge them. And if you're going to charge someone, the very least you should do is deliver what they paid for.
I've contacted support and I'm still waiting for this to be resolved. At this point, I expect a **full refund** for every incorrect charge. This situation has been incredibly frustrating, stressful, and a complete waste of my time. 😡
⚠️ **My advice to anyone thinking about buying from this site:** Be extremely careful. If your payment says "declined," don't assume it actually failed. Check your bank account immediately, because you could still be charged. And based on my experience, being charged doesn't necessarily mean you'll receive what you paid for.
This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this company. I won't be using this service again, and I definitely can't recommend it to anyone. 👎💔

Please note that whether a payment is declined or processed depends on the payment provider, and we don't always receive further information on our side confirming whether a specific attempt was actually charged or genuinely declined. This is why a message showing "declined" can occasionally differ from what your bank records.
What we can assure you of is this: if a payment was in fact taken, it will be automatically refunded within a few business days. You won't need to take any action for that reversal to occur.
